So IM’s identity is official! It seemed to fit, but part of me had a hard time believing that a, what, 60-something-year-old? man whose daughter was the alleged victim would behave in such a way. I guess we got the complete unholy trinity of K’s here.

It’s cute that Daddy K thought his little princess had a snowball’s chance in hell of being invited back to train with MB sometime in the future though.

What kind of an attorney posts on a open forum, under an assumed name, all the garbage,JK did? This is very bizarre behavior for a lawyer. Some things you can’t make up.

Having looked at the family, I can tell you that it was all social engineering on their part. They have been doing it for decades in their own community, with their involvement in and financing of various groups and interests that served their goal of attaining social status and power. At this point, it certainly looks like JK was more involved in this than we thought and that may have extended so far as to keep the Police from interfering in what his daughter was doing. If I remember correctly, the DA’s office sprang into action right after the shooting and was on site at the farm in short-order, which is very very unusual. Couple that with JK and RG having been reported as back on the property less than 24 hours later, doing who knows what, and mixed in what went on with the trial and Judge Taylor, it leads one to get the impression that someone was pulling strings and orchestrating things to go heavily in the favor of Lauren Kanarek.

This! A million times this! There WAS an orchestrated plan to ruin Michael probably beginning in April 2019 and the conspiracy included RG, LK and JK.

Taylor and Schellhorn should also fall as hard as the conspirators!!

Does anyone have an understanding why LK/JK aren’t suing the police department? It seems like they were derelict in their duty in not enforcing some measure of relief at the farm. How many times were they called out in a short period of time? 5?6? We’ve been told over and over “if you see something, say something “ and “don’t take the law into your own hands”. So, MB as a law abiding citizen, did what he was supposed to do and notified authorities. **And they did nothing **
(I know police have qualified immunity but I just wanted to add a periodic reminder of their role in this terrible situation.)

If the Kanarek family thinks MB did this, plotted it even, they should be furious that the PDs involved did gather gun shot residue, all the purported bullets/casings, the various recording devices, etc to aid in conviction.

How about if they could explain how there were two shots (casings found) but a third one went through the door who’s trajectory looked like it could have come from a gun shot while lying on one’s back on the ground?

Didn’t the surgeon find only one bullet in LK and then speculated that the missing one could have been because the EMT’s or the ER staff somehow dislodged it?

I believe the surgeon found no bullets in LK, and no spent bullets were found at the crime scene, although I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong.

Also, their star ear witness, ED on the phone, testified that he only heard two gunshots. Not three. Only two.

Also, it’s a weird angle for a left handed person to shoot someone in the left shoulder. Seems more “natural” if you’re facing someone to shoot them in the right shoulder if you’re left handed. Especially someone who’s a foot taller…almost like he’d have to really pretzel himself to create that angle.

Unless he was already on the ground, getting beaten to a pulp, as evidenced in the photo of him in the hospital.

The Police claimed that no physical evidence of the firearms discharge had been found, beyond the two corresponding linked entry and exit wounds found on LK’s upper body. Based on what was said, they didn’t search the surrounding area with metal detectors or K-9 evidence sniffers or pull anything out of the home’s structure, had any rounds become lodged in the building.
