MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

You know…when LK takes that stand in the civil trial…the first three questions that will be asked of her by the defendant’s council will be:

  1. Did you testify in the criminal trial that you had a plan to “destroy MB”?

  2. Did you send a text to RG that it was time to “Finish the bastard”.

  3. Did RG change the name on his FB account after interacting with or responding to viewers of the 48 hours program?

Testimony in court that the house has officially been made into 2 living quarters. Two living quarters per International Building Code can be considered a duplex which per the same is a single family residence. In reality, the basement had been changed into a 3rd living quarter with one egress. That would have required a separate egress plus then it would be 3 apartments that would require occupancy certification.

MB and MHG per COTH forum old posts left the house and went back to the barn living quarters (where also according to COTH old posts they lived when VK was still in the house which also according to COTH old posts was prior to LK and RG moving in) when Lk was screaming outside his door “I’ll ruin you.” At that point, it was disorderly conduct.

Again. Wrong. You are consistent I’ll give you that.

They were occupants. Not tenants. There was no lease, they paid no rent. The dwelling was private. But even if tenants certain laws regarding illegal activities negate certain provisions. Disorderly conduct wasn’t the only activity at play here. There were MULTIPLE others.

But no matter. The fact remains your mistress complained of her horses being wrongly fed, in danger, herself in danger blah blah blah and still dug her heels in to stay.

And nothing you post, say or do will help her court case or public opinion or anything. Everyone already sees it. Everyone already knows.

Too funny. I can see you or others here being the master poster with little bot alters and lots of computer screens in the basement.

I’m too boring and pontificating to be LK, she is “bright and creative.” Nice try to derail though. Also, remember, guessing identities is a no no. Naughty naughty.

That doesn’t change that its a private home.

Nobody here is going to change anyone else opinions, convictions or beliefs.

Please stop responding and rehashing: the trial, the tenancy or non-tenancy, the damage, etc.

It has been rehashed, ground up, spit out and regurgitated countless times. All getting sucked into the vortex will do is get these threads shut down. End goal? Probably.

Re bolded.

You know, there have been multiple accusations that individual posters on the forum are alters for LK or RG (?!).

(RG? Seriously?)

One has to assume that the purpose of these accusations is to attempt to call into question the credibility of “anyone” publicly supporting her…

Do I have that right @Sdel?

Thank you for noticing that neither I nor anyone else created a thread with that title. I’m not the one attempting to “control the narrative”.

Hmmmm, well, YOU are capable of starting threads. I have to say your chosen topic in your example has an extremely limited scope.

Why is your imagination only slanted one way?

Why are you so mad at me? I’m just pointing out the obvious. It’s LK/RG/Jim/whomever you should be angry with for damaging the credibility of the extensive list of random nobody supporters of LK.

I’m not doing 10 more rounds. They had a legal tenancy. MB admitted on camera that he “threw the apartment in” for the $5,000 board. It was a sweet deal, but he agreed to it.

You make an excellent point that if he had applied for an emergency 3 day eviction, he might have gotten them out of Aug 8. She was in the process of negotiating her departure when he shot her.

Yes, and so far I’ve started zero threads. That would indicate I’m not the one trying to “control the narrative”.

You know, these petty little details aren’t really going to stick out to jurors.

I think what is really going to stick out to jurors is the SS report that LK filed with the false allegations of child abuse/child sexual abuse. There was no distinction in that report, simply a “yes” or “no” to either. I don’t think LK’s argument of “well, I only meant verbal abuse” is really going to matter. The report speaks volumes. It’s going to be clear that LK weaponized SS to falsely accuse MB of child abuse to try to destroy him as a person. Everyone can imagine how horrible that is and how horrible it would be to falsely accuse someone, let alone how this jeopardizes actual victims of abuse.

I also think LK researched CPS prior (as evident by her search history) and specifically used SS to get CPS involved because in some states, false accusations to CPS can result in criminal charges (as it should).

People are also going to take note how insane and absurd it is to write fire marshalls a note which clearly got them to come to the property and cause problems. I’m sure whatever she wrote and claimed to the FM can be retrieved by MB’s attorneys as well. They must keep record of this stuff. MB was driven out of his house to the porch of a barn. That would drive anyone insane. That is what people will notice - not who did what to the smoke detectors.

There are huge landmarks to this case that stick out like a sore thumb and truly damage any sainthood or credibility LK has. That’s what is going to be painfully obvious to jurors. People have a 6th sense for evil and deception.

And I certainly think the Ks notice this. This is why the minions are sent out to try to do “damage control.” This is why pointless details are being argued ad nauseam. It’s an attempt to regain any sort of aspect of control while spiraling out of it. Again, jurors are not going to see things with the K lense.

My “mistress”? Are you referring to that word as a sexual liaison or that I’m in a Victorian servant relation? You just don’t care where you go, do you? I am neither.

Some people think misuse of firearms, violence against women, etc is wrong. There are even laws about protecting the public from those deemed to be a threat to themselves or others and especially those whose actions have been proven in a court of law to have committed harm against themselves or others.

You forgot, who stays when they are being bullied, afraid, and otherwise unhappy with the service?

No, @Ambitious_Kate is not the source of the claim that MB ripped out the smoke detectors. YOU stated that LK said MB ripped them out to get them kicked out.

So according to the person who under oath said that she lies, LK, this is most likely a lie as well.

This was my thought too.

Something from the Trifecta is happening so we must be distracted and hopefully all the threads closed.

You hit the nail on the head!

I checked the motions calendar - the oral arguments that were requested to discuss (doesn’t say who requested the oral arguments) the motion to compel the deposition of LK were not granted, so the judge may have made his ruling on that already. Perhaps the outcome of that ruling is why there is so much activity.
