There are huge landmarks to this case that stick out like a sore thumb and truly damage any sainthood or credibility LK has.

You forgot, who stays when they are being bullied, afraid, and otherwise unhappy with the service?

This makes absolutely no sense to any sane, rational human being. Everyone’s response to the illegal devices have been - WTF?? All the excuses and “justifications” LK has made for her behavior will be seen through by the jury.

And every justification back fires on her. LK says she was bullied, her horses were “abused,” MB allegedly had a shady character and “history of depression,” he body shamed her (even though her own boyfriend did the same on social media), etc., etc., all only demonstrates that she should have gotten the heck out of there.

“He never told me to leave.” Yea, right. Listen to the 911 calls. He was desperate to get them out of there.

Her entire argument and defense backfires on her time and time again. It’s hopeless.

1. Did you testify in the criminal trial that you had a plan to “destroy MB”?
2. Did you send a text to RG that it was time to “Finish the bastard”.
3. Did RG change the name on his FB account after interacting with or responding to viewers of the 48 hours program?

4. Did you admit under oath at the criminal trial that you lie on social media?

There always is news when there is a concerted effort to close the thread. Posturing is obvious.

This was my thought too.

Something from the Trifecta is happening so we must be distracted and hopefully all the threads closed.

I checked the motions calendar - the oral arguments that were requested to discuss (doesn’t say who requested the oral arguments) the motion to compel the deposition of LK were not granted, so the judge may have made his ruling on that already. Perhaps the outcome of that ruling is why there is so much activity.

I am not in any way related to any of the Kanareks by blood or marriage or contract. I’ve never met LK or anyone in her family.

It’s also interesting that she will claim “attorney client privilege”, but doesn’t afford people the same expectation of privacy in their own home/business.

I think they are after the information from KK and JK because they have a big nothing on proof if illegal recordings. None were found in the sweep per Angela Freda (maybe elsewhere, i thought it came out but I can’t find it now) and nothing on RG’s phone other than his own recordings. I found the article below which goes into case law of illegally recording people and posting it contributing to mental anguish. It may be they are just harassing the parents but maybe they are just desperately seeking proof to mitigate the damage from the shooting.

Yes! “They had a plot to kill me” but “I had no idea they wanted me gone.”

And let’s ignore the testimony by Tarshis to get her out of there weeks prior.

“I recorded their conversations,” obviously private ones (because who discusses a plot to kill straight in front of their victim?) but “I had no idea they wanted me gone.”

And let’s not forget that the recordings can’t be denied because they were used as weapons to threaten people on social media, stating to those victims the recordings would put them in jail! As well as all of the other evidence they exist.

Considering the antics, if the judge refused oral arguments, he could have already issued the ruling. All of the motions on that are complete (someone let me know if I’m mistaken) and well, the song and dance prediction guidelines would be that LK lost, or is expected to lose. Otherwise I think the talk would all be about the upcoming oral arguments and how Lk was going to win….

The motion was first filed without the request for oral arguments - aka the judge can read the filings and decide by himself what the ruling is. Then the calendar was updated to show that oral arguments were requested (doesn’t say if by plaintiff or defendant). Now it shows that oral arguments have not been granted. And there’s all this activity now.

I didn’t see updated filings and the motion calendar says “pending” but it can sometimes take a day or two for updates to appear.

Yes, I see things the same. They didn’t get to do their arguments because the judge already made a ruling and I bet it’s a ruling the Ks aren’t happy with. I suspect they have to deliver the requested information. We shall see.
