Thanks, I haven’t been able to get the files on the website to open today. I can see the list of filings, but nothing will open or download.

Darn, didn’t someone just say that one of the reasons that IM (Jonathan Kanarek) was so amazing and worth believing was because he did not say stuff like that, that he had no inside information. That he admitted he did have inside information?

Just a thought on that email, I don’t think it can be billed to the client if it doesn’t have a subject matter and a Re: with the file name and number on it, also with the docket number (since clients can have multiple cases with a firm). I don’t know what Nagle was showing this email to purportedly be in relation too, but it can’t be about this case without that information on it. If I was the judge, I’d disregard it, if he brought it up. But that’s just me.

What a bunch of puffery. So I’m supposed to believe USEF somehow had evidence to produce a subpoena for everyone’s identity? For what, discussing a public criminal trial? And who is the felon? MB isn’t a felon. If USEF were so bothered by liars and people “making the sport look bad,” LK would have been booted long ago.
If you’re going to underhandedly threaten posters, at least do it well.
