Regarding Dr Grande:

I was not impressed by the content of his video, or by his credentials. Most of the comments had to do with 1) his horse puns 2) his shirt, and 3) pointing out his error in saying the horse does all the work. Several have the opinion that MB should have aimed for her head and killed her. So I was not impressed with the comments, either.

Are you aware that he “takes requests” for which celebrities he discusses (without meeting them in person)? Are you aware he sells subscriptions for $5 a month for access to especially salacious videos?

I’m betting he has a video or six on Amber Heard. I’m betting it’s negative. Hate sells. I have zero interest in wasting time listening to his videos exploiting other celebrities like Michael Jackson, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Joe Biden, whoever.

If you think highly of the guy and don’t think he’s exploiting people, you can watch the other hundreds of videos he’s made.

Do you think MB will hire him as an expert witness for the civil trial? I don’t.

Regarding MB:
LO reported on the GFM that MB expressed to her how grateful he was that “everyone involved” was “healthy.”

In the 48 Hours interview, MB said that it was his overriding hood that “everyone involved” pursued and attained their dreams.

Both statements ring hollow to me.

As I’ve said before, I can completely understand if you didn’t like the video. However, putting down an entire career field because you loathe MB was pretty appalling to me. I have a lot of respect for those that choose counseling as a career field. You are dealing with the worst of people’s problems, day in, day out, and that can be a huge burden to bear.

Yes, there have been some pretty harsh comments about LK on FB, L&C, YT, etc. Everything discussed on COTH in comparison has been incredibly tame. People can be ruthless on SM. About anything. But most of it ironically pales in comparison to a lot of LK’s behavior, so I can’t really say I feel sorry for her. I really can’t imagine being in the K’s shoes with this mess as I, nor my family, would ever behave the way they do but I do believe this fate was self imposed.

As far as taking requests, welcome to public entertainment. Virtually anything geared as entertainment for the public takes what the public wants into account when deciding or writing subject matter. I just think it’s silly to imply something nefarious about this.

And no, I don’t think he will be hired as an expert witness. Why would I? I think that was your implication for whatever reason. I think MB’s attorneys have a mountain of evidence and very compelling experts to call upon as is. Supposedly we haven’t even heard all of the terrible things LK did. I can not imagine how someone could damn themselves further but I believe if anyone could, it would be LK.

I was just watching a YouTube video about a cyberstalking/harassment/defamation case. They’re filing in NJ because NJ supposedly has strict laws on cyber bullying. So it begs the question, again, how did law enforcement fail MB so miserably! He had/has the receipts!
I’m also increasingly frustrated with USEF and Safe Sport that no action has been taken against LK. They either take it seriously or they don’t. This isn’t a one off where they have to be careful. There is so much information out there available for anyone to access. I don’t know why they haven’t acted.

Ok, but about this… Saved tidbit… I never used to read many of his comments, so this I missed…

Why would USEF send comments from COTH to SS, since none of us are and have never been discussing minors? And certainly not abuse or sexual abuse of minors.

Am I wrong… That those seemed to be the two trigger questions on the SS alert form that got the attention???
So why would USEF, if they actually paid attention here… Send it to SS?

I guess if you’re going to bluff, it really needs to be based in actual factual courses of action, no?

Who knows if anything has happened regarding USEF or SS (with false accusations of child abuse) regarding LK. A lot of these organizations are slow moving. I wouldn’t rule out that communication has been made towards LK behind the scenes. There were some comments by LK on SM that seemed to indicate she was extremely unhappy with the organizations and was gearing her threats towards them. Hard to decipher her puffery but things could be happening we aren’t aware of.

I did find it rather telling that CH went to such great pains to belittle Dr. Grande’s credentials - when one of Grande’s scenarios described how a narcissist attacks or demeans someone else’s credibility.

Yes, you’d have to be involved with USEF to incur their penalties. But it’s all puffery because why would they intervene? Why would SS, a committee that protects and serves minors, become involved with anything discussed on COTH? If we are to fall for what IM says, LK would be the victim and she certainly isn’t a minor. Why would SS be the body to intervene? He’s using hollow threats in an attempt to scare people without realizing how dumb the threats are. There would need to be criminal behavior to warrant subpoenas and I haven’t seen anything to warrant such on COTH. Or anywhere really, because people are still protected by freedom of speech. I haven’t seen any latent threats or criminal behavior anywhere, just opposition to the Ks which they are unhappy with. It’s all very, very childish behavior.

To be sanctioned by the organization I think you have to be a member.

But you can be a member without doing the SafeSport training, you just cannot compete until you do the training.

I honestly do not think Jk/IM has a good understanding of how USEF/SS works, he’s just using whatever he can to intimidate people.

He’s assuming everyone in the discussion even participates in USEF, and that in it self is a gross misunderstanding. How SS would be involved is even more far fetched.
