MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

It sort of makes one wonder if there are actually other recordings that were not turned over originally! Maybe Kirby Kanarek can’t identify which recordings she transcribed, if she actually transcribed anything. I’ve often wondered how she knew who’s voice she was listening to.

If I were and atty, I would want the transcripts because

a) they were claimed to be used to substantiate the complaint to SS, and

b) what Kirby transcribed can be compared to the tapes the do have. I would want to see if there were things on the transcriptions which hadn’t been turned over to the courts. If so, it would be an investigative boon towards holding LK/fam in contempt for not handing over all the documents.

I think Deninger et al think very strongly that LK is hiding recordings, beit audio or video. Now KK shows up online with an elaborate discussion about the quantity of recordings she has not only heard but transcribed (all of them) and investigating whether they are accurate, and if not, how were they used to defame MB, or whether they represent tapes that have been hidden, will be alot of evidence for alot of stuff.

I’m sure she’ll simply try the same reasoning she gave in the criminal trial, that she freely lies on social media. Of course that doesn’t excuse the various threats she’s made to others. I honestly think this time she may have bitten off more than she could chew and will get a real comeuppance.

He also went into detail about her testifying without a mask at the criminal trial and apparently is going about her business in FL with photo attached! Go Chris!!!

Yeah, the picture really is a nice touch.

When I said further upthread that she’d posted on her Insta for the first time in ages (I didn’t post the actual photos, but that photo in the attachment and others were posted by her), I was accused of hate stalking her, I guess the defence is hate stalking her now too?

Her Insta isn’t private, and it’s under her own full name, anyone can see what she posts (or could a few days ago, she might have locked it since then). I don’t follow her and I can see everything.

I am so confused by all the debate about the relevance of the transcriptions that Kirby Kanarek screamed from the rooftops to have and Lauren Kanarek has insisted time and time and time again are proof of so much and how we will see, they prove everything…

Are you (general) deciding to not believe the Kanarek family in this situation, when you so believe them with everything else they have said?

In the end, none of that matters because this part of the civil case is not - does this matter - it is simply Lauren Kanarek, Kirby Kanarek, and Jonathon Kanarek ignoring subpoenas in a case that their family filed. How does a family with the head of household boasting about their lawyer status just ignore their subpoenas like this? This seems like a pretty nasty slap in the face to the judicial system that they claim is on their side.

I still find it so interesting that RG does not have a contempt filing. I too wonder if he has cooperated.

Legal peeps I have another question - Kirby Kanarek posted (shown in one of the screen shots above) that the tapes were not only transcribed by her but also by “formal professional people”. Would a transcription service have a digital version of what they transcribed to provide, so the answer of - I do not have it anymore - does not apply?

Oh she said it a few times. Here’s one where she talks about “true” perjury, and “serious” perjury (and ballistics evidence matching her testimony). This was in response to a one line comment that simply said, “Too many things don’t add up here” which LK characterizes as a rant.

I would think regardless what outside transcribing service the Kanareks used, they will still want to know what Kirby transcribed.

Why was it the Kanarek’s responsibility to transcribe anything instead of the State of NJ? OR did the State not want to touch them since they were illegally obtained and could not be authenticated?

I’m really becoming a bit furious at all the bluster for so many years about these bombshells with an innocent man lingering in confinement while the Kanareks play games with a suit sweet Lauren brought!!! I sure hope 48 Hours is paying very close attention!!!

Even if it is locked, you can request to follow her…and she’ll probably allow it. Stalking would be sending harassing messages (hmmm) or finding a way to get into her social media after being denied as a follower or a friend. If she accepts your follow request…it’s not stalking.

Another good point. I am sure they would find it interesting that in the civil case that Lauren Kanarek filed she and her parents (Jonathon and Kirby) are refusing to cooperate.

If you were to believe some posters here (not just in this thread), simply reading anything she posts on social medial is stalking her.
But, her researching a poster to determine their real name and sending them threatening messages is not stalking, it is justified.

I wonder if the state did have them transcribed? If so, it would be interesting to compare all the versions. And, who even really knows if the state had the same recordings Kirby says she transcribed? That is another interesting facet to her subpoena.

I think LK doth protest too much. And obviously she does, as she puts it, “GF” or she would not be continuously going back and replying to posts that are months old!

Ha! Yes, she clearly does GF. I also love how she just glosses over the two NOT GUILTY verdicts. Poor RG - always an afterthought.
