Add to the fact Michael paid Vera well before the agreed upon due date and in lump sum.

So much pettiness over a man doing the right thing. Who’s business is Michael’s private life?

For the Kanareks and their supporters it’s always comes down to money…Michael was broke, Michael needed LK’s $5000 a month for 4 horses and living accommodations, Michael had to pay Vera, on and on. The Kanareks are grifters so everything does revolve around money - who has it, who doesn’t, and who pretends to have it.

Well if it’s true that MHG gave him an ultimatum, saying ‘get rid of LK or I’m leaving you’ and he then shoots LK (while delusional), it’s sort of LKs business. That is what the civil lawsuit is about. Also the criminal trial.

There is no forensic evidence proving he shot her. She just has bullet wounds.

It was speculated on but never verified. His criminal history indicates the stint was very short, however.

We still don’t get why the K’s are determined to not release the transcripts, which according to them would prove that there was a plot by MB and MHG to murder LK and RG and steal her horses.

What is the real reason why they won’t release them? What are they trying to keep from being discovered?

Aren’t these the same transcripts that they gave to the prosecuting attorney and they chose to not use them in the criminal trial?
One would think if they included a real plot to kill someone that the system there would have found a way to get them into the trial.

They claimed to have given the transcripts. Just like they claimed to have given the prosecution all of those videos. Much to everyone’s surprise, I’m sure, the prosecutors never actually received any videos.

No, dear. A lot flies over your head, doesn’t it? The petty details of “well, I only meant MB verbally abused MHG’s kids when I reported him for false child abuse allegations in attempts to destroy his career via SS.”

“A formal hard copy eviction was only served on this date.”

“I didn’t know I wasn’t wanted.”

“MB yelled at me one time. And one other time, I couldn’t borrow a bridle.”

Those petty little details. You know, your and the K’s only defense.

Yeah, I can see how the fact that she posted things like “My weapons are hot” - esp, in regards to the situation at HH - could be considered.

But I still don’t think it would be right to bring up the actual PURCHASE of the guns as though that act alone is proof of her wickedness. Doing so sort of maligns the reputation of many millions of good and decent Americans who lawfully purchase and own firearms.

Purchasing firearms isn’t incriminating. Much like it isn’t incriminating for MB to carry a personal firearm on private property. However, the purchase of LK’s firearm was introduced in the criminal trial to show she was indeed a gun owner which makes her threats with a firearm that much more realistic.

A quick reminder of what that post actually said. Keep in mind, this was posted after RC arrived on the farm and a few days before the shooting. Remember, she testified to having never taken possession of the small gun.

Then why did the jury not return a verdict of Not Guilty on counts related to LK like they did on the counts related to RG?

Yes, it was hard I’m sure, but he bought out his ex wife of the Florida property with that money, and owns it entirely himself, now. He didn’t just pay Vera the mil, it was a buy out of the property in Florida. So even when we have to pay a tough price, the rewards are immesureable and Michael Barisone has a world class training facility in Florida that belongs to him entirely, purchased with money he earned from being a world-class trainer, purchased from Vera. If he hadn’t bought the facility they built together, he would have bought other property and done the same thing with it.

So we may all complain about giving up money in a divorce, but in MB’s case it was for the answer to a dream, something he can rely on and is a foundation for him when he returns to his training and riding and beloved horses, all waiting for him at the end of that 1million dollars so painfully spent.

And he had the money to buy Vera out. It was achievable because he had the money to spend.

Vera and Michael are on good terms. You can make a snakey, snide innuendo over and over, but it doesn’t change the facts that someone saying those things is a small minded person. And its not even your fight! Its something Lauren Kanarek would say. Its a twist she would make. Why are you going there? Why are you saying such things? They aren’t based on truth.

So it’s ok for people to post when it’s not their fight if they agree with you? But not anyone else? Or do you include everyone who isn’t personally involved in your little sermon of righteousness.

The comment he texted her in March 2019 gives a window into his state of mind even before going back to New Jersey and escalating tension with LK. He suffered from chronic depression.

Perhaps very relative to this situation-active shooters have one common condition-depression with the goal possibly being suicide by cop after they take out as many as they can.

This time, RG was there and every LE in the area responded correctly. No one died despite his efforts to make that happen, the old Double Tap to the upper chest.
