Next week, besides the hearing on the 4th, it will be 1 month since the Krol hearing. I wonder how long MB will have to wait until he gets moved to the new facility.

A little after thee 30 minute mark Bilinkas started to question the officer about what he put in his report about what RG told him at the time about only having “heard”……and then judge objection and side bar…

Boy, did that LEO look uncomfortable on the stand, and relieved when the objection was made and the sidebar called.

I was also curious about his testimony because someone said he found the second cartridge but that wasn’t brought out in this testimony.

Apparently he is first on the list for a bed at Greystone. That said, who knows? NJ seems to move at a glacial pace for acquitted/NG detainees.

I think I remember reading that too. But LK’s and RG’s testimony was so full of feigned confusion and deliberate obfuscation and deflection - not to mention contradictions - that I was never able to sort out exactly what they believed the chain of events to be. It seemed so obvious they were trying to keep to a script - and doing a rather p*** poor job of it.

Yea, we’ve heard your opinion about JK. I’m also not inclined to believe everything you say. I believe you to be purposely obtuse and misleading. I don’t think you’d be honest about certain information, anyways. I’m also inclined to believe the court documents and understand the references IM made insinuating certain knowledge he had which limits who IM could be a great deal. I thought you found IM credible? Yep. I have seen contracts with stipulations, as have others. Everyone knows contracts can have stipulations, certain posters are just trying to drive a certain narrative and it’s failing.
Agree. You’d think someone currently horseless has not seen many, if any horse related contracts as of late.
Again, LK could have promised MB her first born in their agreement. No one knows what was agreed upon. Everything is pointless speculation.
I guess a Wall Street lawyer doesn’t know a great deal about criminal law and the top 10 global tap dancing law team she has on speed dial stopped taking her calls.

I would too if I had completely disregarded any training I had regarding every facet of this situation, from the complete disregard to the obvious distress during the 911 calls, to the handling of the individuals at the scene and the scene itself is embarrassing. Recall during the hearings all the errors in their reports compared to their notes and some reports weren’t written for days??? Here in my area of NC, LEOs don’t end their day if the reports aren’t written! Disgraceful! Luckily Taylor had the PD’s back and prevented the true breakdown of their sworn duty from becoming too public. I’d love to know if he has a personal connection to the Kanareks or if he is simply a biased a$$ when working with Bilinkas?

Maybe the people in that part of NJ are like some of the posters here and they think it is just fine for the police to only gather the evidence that supports the conclusion they want it to be and ignore any evidence that would show any other conclusion. I mean, people here have said that is great police work doing it that way, so … maybe there are lots of that type in this part of NJ?

Speaking of Taylor and Bruce, I wonder if anything is being pursued regarding the official complaints against Tayor and Bruce recently? Since it is NJ I am expecting absolutely nothing will be said, done, resolved, or communicated. 48 Hours should do an episode on the Judicial system in NJ to see how it compares to other states. NC makes NJ look like they are in the dark ages regarding the legal system.

I suspect people in NJ, and many other states, are oblivious to the workings of the judicial systems in their states if it doesn’t involve them. You’d think with so many recent fiascos with police departments across the US, citizens would be much more invested in their local PD’s and courts. Sad.
