Yeah. That would be a real kick in the pants. My friends that showed worked their tails off trying to get their scores up the levels. One in particular would have had a meltdown if that happened to her.

How wrong? If it is confirmed in the future that JK is IM, how does that change it is not confirmed, proven, verified now?

Right after you finally do and for sure when the next filings are posted. But it appears your current preference is to chastise everyone else posting. Maybe you should consider taking a break from this particular thread until there is new news to argue about in the civil trial OR you can be like another poster who is still debating the meaning of the criminal trial!

Yes, he was delusional, after being harassed, threatened, provoked. His chronic depression prior to all of this was something he was dealing with, living with, and not the cause of the incident.

There was sufficient evidence that the jury rejected that possibility.

The jury wasn’t presented with that possibility because MB has no memory of the event and cannot present his side of it, so all we have is LK and RG, who have proven to be unreliable sources in so many things.

The jury was instructed to start from a presumption of innocence. If the prosecution had not made its case that he shot her, the jury should have returned a verdict of straight not guilty on all counts. The jury did not return a verdict of not guilty on all counts. Therefore, ….

Regarding the civil case, 48 Hours stated as fact that he took the gun from the safe and drove up to the farmhouse with it. Even if she was injured accidentally in a “scuffle”, his bringing the gun to a confrontation he initiated is probably enough to find him liable for injuring her. That’s the issue in the civil trial.

Your argument holds as empty being in that same scuffle, with that same “brought gun”, the charges regarding the attempted murder of RG WERE NOT substantiated by virtue of TWO Not Guilty verdicts.

I got to read that post in all its vileness before the Moderator(s) edited it. IMO, the content was NOT something that someone not CLOSELY affiliated with the Kanarek family would post. That, and the information in the filing by Silver, has convinced me that IM is, indeed, JK.

All along I have thought that there has to some other reason other than the proximity to the horses or $0 rent for them being so emphatic that they had to stay there. Was there someone on the farm or someone who came often (like a delivery driver) who was a “supplier”? Her struggle to stay there has always seemed overdone to me.

I think it was the $0 rent. Neither she nor RG seemed to have a job. If they had to move the horses, then I’m sure it wouldn’t have been $5k for 4 horses, and where were they going to live and how were they going to pay rent?

That seems reasonable. I have thought that the addition of yet another horse and the work not being completed at the house might have caused things to escalate as that was beyond their original deal.
