MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

It certainly seems to show a complete lack of common sense that should disqualify anyone from carrying a gun as part of their job description.

So those who truly do not understand what is being said don’t apply. Got it.

Do you know if anyone with any clout is doing this? I wouldn’t think a nobody from NC would be able to have any voice or influence, but if so, let me know what to do.

Very little. It shows LK was shot, but beyond that not much about the shooting. Not who brought the gun to the scene, not who attacked whom, not who pulled the trigger, not if the shooting was accidental or intentional, not who was the aggressor and who was acting in self defence.

It does show an escalating “war” instigated by her and escalated by her. It shows a fairly relentless campaign of harassment and mental torture by her. It shows a desire and a plan to destroy MB, his business, and his relationship with MHG. It shows MB repeatedly turning to law enforcement for help and getting none. It shows MB working with lawyers and JK to find an alternative place for LK and her horses to go, to avoid going through the legal process of eviction and having that on her record. Of course he did end up going that route when all else failed, and that’s when LK apparently insitifqted the visit from CPS.

To file a complaint against Judge Stephen Taylor, use the form in this link. You can complete the form (be very specific in your reasons), print and mail to the address given. They will reply to you with a case number within 2 weeks or so.

If Taylor had a problem with Bikinkas, Barisone or Deininger or if he is social friends with the Kanareks or whatever causes his obvious bias, he should have recused himself from the trial. Imagine how he must treat “nobody” defendents who’s trial is not being broadcast!

And, @Jillsmith, trust me, we nobodies from NC do have clout.

I took the bunny robe! Thank you. Will be 65 next month, so I qualify as “elderly.” Don’t have a basement, but I am sitting in my laundry room as I type, does that count? Also, while I would love to show you my custom tattoo, I think that would out my real identity, and I prefer not to do that. It’s a Celtic horse though, and pretty darn cool. I love being part of an illegal mob! <3 :elephant:

What I will never understand is why he behaved that way when he knew the trial was televised and that 48 hours would be doing an episode on the trial. I would think he would have wanted to behave in a manner that was beyond reproach.

I’m working from home today and the office was a bit chili. I remembered I had put some clothes in the office closet so checked for something warm to put on. Imagine my surprise to find a fluffy bathrobe I had completely forgotten I have! I can join the Elderly, Illegal, bathrobe wearing mob! Yay me!

He thought it would be a guilty verdict. No one cares about manner if they think the defendant is a scum bag…the problem is most people think the other way around…

That was a good find!!!

Perhaps because he has gotten away with being biased and arrogant for so long he doesn’t give a flip. His courtroom means he’s god in his eyes.

If his behavior during the trial wasn’t enough to show his bias, his inappropriate behavior during the Krol Hearing was undeniably obvious.

I know this sounds like clutching pearls, but if he had familiarly addressed a female with “Hon,” as he did with Dr. Cox, it would be front page news here. Cannot believe someone would do that in 2022. Vent over, in recovery.

Well Jonathan, aka IM, made it very clear he had an inside track with all attorneys and the judge and, recall he even had the audacity to imply one of Barisone’s attorneys thought him guilty or words to that effect.

Remember the Kanareks said they were reporting everyone on this forum to Taylor. Anyone who did not defend or support them was going to be in real trouble! Like Taylor has any control over this forum when the prosecution witnesses are posting here?

Add the gleeful statements regarding presenting their victim impact statements and appearing at the hearing to read their statements! Pure ignorance to believe the Krol Hearing was a sentencing hearing! That said it is believed by many that they did give Taylor and Schellhorn letters embellished with their fears of Michael’s release. They are so dramatic! If anyone wanted to do them physical harm, it would have happened long ago. They simply don’t exist in the world of normal people. I wouldn’t walk across the street to spit on their shoes.

In the 70’s there were ads for a snug sack which was like a robe and sleeping bag combined. Back then I thought they were silly but now, especially since my dog and cats will pull my throw off me and lay on it, a snug sack might be nice to have on chilly days.

And if they were at a show I was going to, I’d scratch/not volunteer.

I used to have breeches made out of that type of material. They were awesome!

That’s my understanding after watching the trial as well. The evidence has not shown who pulled the trigger. Not by a long shot. (seriously no pun intended)
