MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Can you explain the irony, @eggbutt? You’ve admitted connections to at least MHG, RC, LK, and LO.

I believe HH when she states that she has connections to none of the people involved.

I checked out the New Jersey online court status and am wondering was the “pending” status means for the hearing, and what the mediators role (that has been completed) means? Anyone know?

Did you have a listen? If so, can you summarize what was discussed?

It was just released and I’m listening now.

I’ve never met Ruth Cox in my life nor communicated with her in any way.

As far as LK? Are you smoking something? Do you honestly think I want any interaction with those people?

And yes, I am acquainted with MHG and LO and literally hundreds of other people familiar with this situation. Unlike the Kanarek Family, ALL of Michael’s insiders keep their knowledge very close to the shadbelly.

Sorry that yet again, you are so wrong.

And yes, you have believed all sorts of fantasy.

Awe. It’s going to be so triggering for CH and HH to have to sit thru yet another podcast that favors MB. That’s a shame.

Maybe. Maybe not. I think the defense attorneys are trying to draw in KK and JK because they have nothing on LK except SM trash talk. The complaint to SS ended up being justified following the DCPP visit when MB ended up shooting LK, not something a rational person would do, especially a rational person who had started an eviction and had nothing to fear from the visit.

I know the small group here appears to have somehow completely bought into a tale with no evidence to back it up but the chance that a civil jury would buy into an alternative scenario with no evidence whatsoever is very slim. It would ignore the circumstantial evidence and the possession of the weapon. Plus, all the stuff about MB that came out in Woman Shot at Barisone Farm and on FB can come out in the civil trial. No one will look good. There is motivation for all parties to settle. Now, if Nagel can put LK and RG through a mock trial boot camp and get them to sit up and say yes sir, no sir, sir I do not recall, use a makeup and outfit consultant, cut out the puppy dog stare, and resentful attitude, then they may make a much better impression on this jury.

The defense has done a good job of social media manipulation, something we posted back and forth on once. Apparently, some people think it is not a thing and some think it is a huge problem since around 2010. It is another way to influence judges and is now written about as a way to influence judges, especially Supreme Court justices. I just wondered when I read an article about retirement jobs and one was being a member of a mock jury.

I don’t think Judge Taylor was influenced by SM. I don’t think Judge Scuesi will either.

Seems like a lot of posters are triggered tonight :eyes:

Wasn’t there something coming down the pipes soon?

And why would anyone listen to any mental health person who thinks they can diagnose and understand someone they haven’t treated in person? It’s unethical. It’s a formal breach of ethics for licensed psychiatrists and psychologists. See the Goldwater Rule.

No, he was influenced directly by the Kanarek family. Jonathan Kanarek, aka Inigo-montoya, posted that he spoke frequently with Taylor, Schellhorn and the defense attorneys. Why? Daddy handling things for his little girl, yet again?

I don’t believe for a second he spoke frequently with Barisone’s defense team other than attempting to get information from them.

Under no circumstances should Taylor have spoken to anyone personally connected to the Plaintiff or defendant. To say Taylor paid no attention to SM is ludicrous. He had the same discovery presented (or attempted to be presented) by both sides. You are grasping again.

But, wait, it’s NJ where logic and norms are tossed aside.

So you think the judge and JK were buddies and having plans for the trial long before the trial started? That’s wild if so. What makes you think this other than a post here by IM?

There was a remote case management with apparently the judge, attorneys and a mediator. Based on what was posted above, it appears nothing important was handled/resolved.

I don’t think the Kanarek contempt would have been discussed during this meeting or even if they have hired an attorney yet.

I don’t have a dog in this hunt. I don’t know any of these people. You have bad history with LK and family and are long time friends with MH’s family, and friends with RC. If anyone is grasping here, it is not me.

I doubt the Kanarek family has that kind of influence with judges in New Jersey. JK was not a trial lawyer.

Ok thanks I wasn’t sure if it was that or something else. So no updates today.

Well, even Kirby posted here of her interactions with Taylor.

Are there other explanations for Taylor’s behavior during the trial and hearing? IDK, but it has been mentioned on the YT posts as well as the 48 Hours and Dr Grande comments. Was his bitterness toward Bilinkas responsible? Who knows?

Review of the Grimm Podcast

Pro MB
CPS report was for sexual abuse (interesting)
Biased judge, concern that the same judge controls MB’s release
100% preventable - LK should have left!
