MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Did you mean to say that MB was sexually and or physically abusing children on and before August 5th, 2019? Because that’s what the complaint said.

I just have missed the part where child abuse was charged by the prosecution. Which DCPP should have happily provided to the ADA. If they didn’t, then it’s another huge failure by Morris county.

Why do you say a mentally unstable person automatically abuses children? That’s a pretty broad brush you’re using.

See my post up thread when I answered this but,

Again, let me say this one more time I have never met nor communicated in any way with RC. Facts absolutely matter to me.

I wonder how things are going for her with that subpoena hanging out there? Do you think she’s compiled her transcripts to hand over yet? Or…still attorney shopping?

For the love of God in heaven above - PLEASE STOP RESPONDING TO THESE PEOPLE

I never tried that one. How was it different?

With Block the user was totally blocked. You saw nothing that they posted. If someone responded and quoted their post you only saw the response. I THINK it also blocked them from seeing you but I really don’t remember.

Maybe he just frustrated with his former boss trying to act ignorantly innocent of violating court procedure and being so disrespectful to Judge Taylor’s courtroom? Can’t totally blame Bilinkas for trying to through as much as he could get in there but it put Judge Taylor in an awkward position. It also made Judge Taylor look a bit weak as though he couldn’t control his courtroom. Early commenters on YT noticed it. Branca went on a good bit about it. Still, Judge Taylor protected MB from anything not pertinent to the act that would otherwise be a crime out of the court. He didn’t do as well protecting the victim of the shooting though they never do.

You are incorrect. The complaint on the SS report and testimony was verbal abuse, not physical and not sexual. LK said he was a bully (yeah I know, LK says she, LK, lies on SM but eggbutt said there was always a kernel of truth to what LK says and eggbutt knows her).

The children had already been removed from the environment and were safe.

I’m not aware of prosecution by DAs for verbal bullying of children by adults. It’s hard enough to get prosecution of sexual abuse of children by adults.

I didn’t say that. However, a man who has a mental breakdown and shoots one person, possibly shot at another until stopped by the same, has created a traumatizing environment for children. Thankfully, they were gone at the time.

A SS report claiming fear of a bully and that bully has verbally abused children and then the complainer is shot by the alleged bully? That act validated the complaint.

I have not been following this much since the trial. After watching it, I questioned if MB had actually shot LK or if RG had….or maybe LK herself. Does anyone else wonder about this?
Forgive me if this has been discussed. The thread is too long to totally read over.

A lot of people have wondered. I think it’s likely that he was defending himself based on his injuries, including a dog bite to his left groin. Unfortunately, without his memory, we don’t know his version of events. We only have the word of 2 people that have been proven to lie at this point.
