MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Since some seem to have so conveniently forgotten - here is a screenshot of LK’s SS report, proving that she did in fact allege concerns about child abuse or child sexual abuse. And there is no doubt in my mind that she checked “Yes” because she knew that would trigger SS to contact CPS.

Sooooooo even if I had personally witnessed MB shoot LK, that does not validate a claim of abuse or sexual abuse of a child against him in any way, shape, or form. If anything, it leads me to believe that her action of filing false reports finally drove him over the brink to insanity as he realized she was trying to take everything including his family from him.

And she also added a comment that it was verbal not physical and the DCPP employee testified it was not sexual which was repeated during the prosecutor’s listing of Dr Simring’s report errors during cross (also using SM posts by Lk that MB was not aware of until after the shooting).

To be fair, there is an OR not an AND. So you could answer yes to that question and only be making a report that involves allegations or concerns of child abuse that don’t include sexual abuse. This is also clarified in the next step where one checks the box (or not) re sexual abuse. Answering “yes” to that question does not mean that one is reporting child sexual abuse.

I do not condone any form of false reporting or accusations. It’s actually one of my biggest pet peeves.

Incorrect. As evidenced by the graphic you posted YES indicates an affirmative response but does not specifically indicate which assertion it is or if it’s both. The other things you assert would not yet be known to the reader at SS at the time of filing and receipt.

I will not engage further with you on this as it’s just a waste if time.

Yes. That is the way the song and dance show works. Once the position is compromised just abruptly move on to the next distraction. Very telling…and it’s never wrong as a predictor.

I guess the current behind the scenes worry is about Kirby’s transcripts to SS, which is why all the stupid arguing about what that check box means.

It is not proven that JK is IM. The lawyers put a legalese escape phrase on their document. COTH has not verified it as they did the two posters who openly claimed their real identity, Seeker1 and LaLaPopRider.

It may be that he is. At one point I thought so but then I found some FB posts from someone else that sounded like IM so I have doubted it since. I have no idea who IM is. My point is that it is not proven.

Someone upthread excused JK from being knowledgeable because he wasn’t a “criminal attorney”. One would think knowing what a subpoena is and the requirements of responding would be covered in Law 101. But I don’t know what law school he went to.

With Block the user was totally blocked. You saw nothing that they posted. If someone responded and quoted their post you only saw the response. I THINK it also blocked them from seeing you but I really don’t remember.

Please note she did not report this to the appropriate law enforcement agency, as she was required to do by the state and by SafeSport. Which completely undermines the claim IMO

I have not been following this much since the trial. After watching it, I questioned if MB had actually shot LK or if RG had….or maybe LK herself. Does anyone else wonder about this?
