I am still very curious why a lawyer, Jonathan Kanarek AKA @Inigo-montoya, would ignore a subpoena. Or why that same lawyer would let his wife, Kirby Kanarek AKA @Seeker1, get in a legal situation by ignoring her subpoena. Such weird behavior or a lawyer.
Even more weird when they are part of the family that filed the case in the first place.

Probably….and I’m not sure that SS would send out CPS over “verbal” abuse that wasn’t somehow also “sexual” in nature. LK did at one point claim that MB was teaching the boy to unsnap bras or bikinis to prove he wasn’t “gay”……I can see how that could be considered “verbal” abuse and “sexual” abuse as well…

A grown man unsnapping bras or bikinis on a minor is child sexual abuse. If it was an non-consenting adult, it can be seen as sexual assault.
It feel like some people here do not realize that not everything is an ‘argument’ or ‘counter argument’. Some things are simply observations.

Isn’t it typical behavior for LK to weaponize whatever agency she could think of to cause anguish for her targets? Dang, that woman is nothing if not viciously consistent.
We know LK has threatened to sue SS/USEF…I actually wonder if Barisone might actually pursue that avenue himself since it is KNOWN SS/USEF was well aware of LK, with actual submitted reports, and did nothing! This all could have been prevented.
Anyone know if she and RG are currently around children? (s)
BTW, my opinion, there is one extremely dangerous mentally ill individual in this equation and it isn’t Michael Barisone.

Same. I’m tired of taking a break for a while and then seeing “scroll on by” and unprovoked comments about “other posters.” Then the complaints about repetition and then “aha” comments if there is not repetition it must mean something it does not.
I really wonder if some come for the argument instead of just trying to understand the dynamics of the event. It seems like there could be more respect for different views and more fact checking.
