Who is claiming ties to the Kanareks and claiming all these things? CH has said multiple times she has no ties to the Kanareks. The same here. I haven’t seen anyone Kanarek or claiming to have ties posting on this thread.

Is a couple of phone calls from vacation “extended negotiations”? They found a barn with a PanAm game veteran which is close but I wouldn’t say the same as an Olympic backup rider who trained a successful competitor. Plus people here who have no sympathy or liking for LK said something about if it was who they think it was, they understood her turning that down. ED was on his way to the house with a second solution when she was shot. They have the phones from the criminal trial and I believe the documents said criminal trial records were being held until after the criminal trial when the civil trial was stayed until after the criminal trial.
I think it’s trivial and harassing to get JK’s and KK’s records/phones. They have better sources. Someone did point out that maybe there was more than RG’s phone doing voice recording. Ok maybe so. Still, they nearly lost their eldest daughter. I can’t imagine their joy at thinking the horses and dressage and this charismatic successful trainer taking her on and the utter betrayal and train wreck when he became delusional and shot her twice.
I also think that LK and RG heard everything that people spoke about because people in a barn talk and loyalties are divided and some people just live to create drama and love to run and tell tales.

Re that governing sports body: if its found that the transcript of those tapes, used to allege behaviors to get members ousted, doesn’t accurately match the tapes, shouldn’t that be cause enough to get her booted?

You think it’s trivial to get the phone records of the PLAINTIFF? And her father/witness, about whom we have heard sworn testimony re: his involvement?

But the subpoena we’ve seen for Kirby only asks for the transcripts and any audios or videos she may have in her possession. Not her phones.

It could be a family plan, under the husband’s name. So, a subpoena for his phones might cover the wife’s also.

Nobody has asked for actual phones that I’ve seen. Texts/emails/written communications from Jonathan and Transcripts and audio/video from Kirby (and any written docs they might be attached to.)

Let’s not also forget, unless I am reading it wrong, the subpoena says to provide the documents and/or sit for a deposition to be asked questions about the events covered by the subpoena. Am I correct in my understanding that SGF/MB’s attorneys are not going to accept “no documents” as an excuse to avoid questioning?

Yeah, they said they’d accept certified docs in lieu of depositions. So, no docs means deposition forthcoming, probably.

Yes, you hit a nerve but you aren’t alone. LK almost died and flat lined twice. Her parents received that call and now are pulled into the civil trial. I don’t understand how people can seem to enjoy that so much and keep egging each other on to more and more scenarios of family dynamics and history. Y’all say CH and I are affiliated with the Kanareks and then come up with all this information made up or true I don’t know. Who really knows them? Is it just the continued gaslighting by the real gaslighters to hide their own close ties to the Kanareks, the false Facebook friends, the instagram and Twitter followers, the word skirmishers on YouTube? And then people wonder why the word “stalking” is brought up.
Just for you, I’ll repeat it again. I do not know the Kanareks outside of this forum. I don’t know if Seeker1 is KK or not though that person said she is. I believe CH when she says she is not affiliated with the Kanareks.
To me, MB and LK were a terrible mix. I also think it’s possible MB had enough stress and prior injuries going on to have a breakdown without LK even in the picture.
Several prolific posters disagree strongly. I get that. I know you are trying to dox people but really, I am a random internet poster. I don’t think I know anyone on here personally.

Well, in order to do that (have a deposition without documents), does that mean they have some sort of record from another source that they can ask about?
Don’t forget the people posting here who know all about the call for information and said they provided same. Glad to know it was all available to 48 hours. Sounds like they added a lot of drama to the pot as well.
Maybe? I mean, we know they have stuff because we saw Lauren read from one text between her and her dad. And we know 70 (I think) audios were turned over after the criminal trial concluded. We know someone posting under the name Seeker claimed to be Kirby and claimed to have transcribed the tapes. So, odds are good they have more stuff we don’t know about they can question about.

I guess the point I’m trying to make, it seems pretty silly to be refusing to sit for a deposition, turn over documents, and throwing a temper tantrum on SM about lying/their existence or not because there is another part of the record out there….

Time Out! Lauren Kanarek filed these suits! Based on her filings SGF and Michael Barisone have every right to a vigorous defense. Lauren brought her father into the stew with her text messages and his negotiations to get her out. Lauren’s mother (supposedly) posted on this forum she’d transcribed illegal recordings before August 7, 2019. So, she threw herself into the stew.
The cherry on top is Mr and Mrs Kanarek made a conscious decision to ignore a subpoena!!! Who does that! As a result, the stew they find themselves in has become hotter.
No one really knows what Mom and Daddy have or did or how they are involved or how many other recordings exist that have never been turned over to anyone. So, yes, these questions are valid and deserve to be answered. I’m really sorry if some on this forum don’t like that pressure is being put on these people to produce documentation regarding suits they brought!

We are taught by our parents to live a decent life lest there be consequences. When LK engaged in the behavior she did instead of just leaving she initiated a cycle and no one could have predicted all that followed.
Being people are generally unkind in situations of social justice it’s best not to engage in behaviors for which you may later be judged, even if during the turn of events you yourself suffered.
The continued attempts to shame commenters are pathetic whether she flatlined 2 times or 10.
No one wanted anyone shot. No one wanted anyone flatlining, but to continue to scold posters for discussing a case or a person as is done a million times on the internet every damn day causes me to question motive as there is literally no logical explanation except one.
