On the civil case, I thought someone said up thread that the judge had approved the extension on Jonathan and Kirby Kanarek’s contempt charges. Was that extension actually approved or was that simply a case of they have no doubt the judge will approve it?

See - there’s a reason we were confused by that Notice re: requesting the protection order, other than the obvious that the Plaintiff just doesn’t do that. I know we kept saying Bruce had no supporting docs attached and it didn’t make sense.

The only thing I could find fault with is the class list from the Horse Show Office web site. We all know that she doesn’t show up sometimes for her classes. Should have shown something with the results to prove she was actually there. Were those the classes that finally officially got her the bronze? Maybe get the results taken from the USDF database?

The other side of that coin is, she felt well enough that she entered. She was riding enough that she entered a show.

I honestly don’t know. And I do see your point. The judge might not. If Bruce were to try to argue that point, I could easily counter with, Two years ago she was feeling well enough to enter. And, here’s more proof she did compete.
