I thought it was just tension and teeth grinding from PTSD and the stress of the trial.

Oh no. It was definitely drugs. Anyone who has ever watched a long time user of hard drugs work their jaw and mouth knew that her specific facial ticks indicated long term drug use.

There are literally dozens of comments from random people on YouTube on the videos of her testimony talking about how she appears to be an addict, and even appeared to be high at times during her testimony.

Oh no. It was definitely drugs. Anyone who has ever watched a long time user of hard drugs work their jaw and mouth knew that her specific facial ticks indicated long term drug use.

I did not watch the trial, only read about it in the news.

Wow! I didn’t see this one coming from the total authoritarian of all things proving LK’s victimhood. At this point until you watch the trial you have no right to take anyone’s time here defending what is unknown to you. No words…

Those texts and statements already didn’t work on one jury, did they? Especially because they came after weeks of her tormenting him already. Maybe her (jury hating) attorney can spin that somehow.

Correction. There was not any evidence ALLOWED BY THE JUDGE PRESIDING OVER THE CRIMINAL TRIAL that MB “was jumped” and shot her in self defense, which is why the judge PRESIDING OVER THE CRIMINAL TRIAL did not permit Bilinkas to present a theory of self defense,

As @Knights_Mom said, if the civil suit and counterclaims go to trial, that means new court, new judge, new jury

We will just have to wait and see what happens.

The judge would have had to allowed evidence showing self defense. None was presented. The defense originally started with not guilty by insanity and self defense which is pretty much admitting he did the deed.
