I am incredibly offended by the post saying RG went to Islamabad with zero documentation of proof. Do you realize what a slap in the face that entire post is to survivors of actual 9/11 (several members here) as well as those with family members who went to the Middle East, fought, were maimed, some gave the ultimate sacrifice while RG did what exactly?

Next they will say he was on the chopper that carried Seal Team 6 in to kill Bin Laden!

I thought that post was intended to be snarky and sarcastic. It was still offensive though.

Also… no Marines deployed to Islamabad. The fighting was happening in Afghanistan. Yes… parts of the Pakistani intelligence services and military clearly supported parts of the Taliban and Al Qaeda. But… there were no US troops sent to Islamabad to fight immediately after 9/11.

The whole thing just makes him look slightly unhinged. It also makes him look like a very angry, and very foolish person, who lacks much in the way of impulse control, all while his daughter is in the midst of a very messy lawsuit.

So the filing by GAS states that Lauren Kanarek lied about having audio and visual recordings because if she had had them, they would have been used in the criminal case (despite being illegal - wowza - GAS isn’t impressing me with legal acumen).

Maybe someone else is having a turn using the @Inigo-montoya login tonight. The posts don’t sound very lawyerly…more like aggressive drunk / drug user to me.

But think about it, lots of things that Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) has done so far are not very lawyerly. He has ignored his subpoena twice. Ignored a court order. Sent Ex Parte communication to the judge. And then we have those texts. I mean, how lawyer like is it to wish for people to be homeless? IT kind of seems like that Jonathan Kanarek is better at not acting like a lawyer than he is at acting like a lawyer.

How do you know who sent the text about people being homeless, @trubandloki?

Most people don’t want LK as a client now. She’s literally notorious in the dressage community. And… that’s no one’s fault but her own. If she had stopped with all the $hit posting after her shooting? There probably would have been a lot of people who would have reserved judgement on the whole situation, and felt sympathy for her because she was shot.

I disagree. A number of people who hate her guts because prior stupid disputes on SM have campaigned on COTH and elsewhere to assert she is wholly responsible for getting shot. This may be to shift the blame off MB and MHG, but dome here clearly get pleasure in trying to turn LK into a pariah and get her blacklisted.

You disagree that people want LK as a client?

Or you disagree that her notoriety is her own fault?
