Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

So I apologize for trying to help you and LO. My posts calling people out for using the Osborne surname were flagged and deleted. Nice friends you have here.

@Jenerationx wasn’t taunting you about your friend.

She was commenting about the portion of your post related to RG. No one (in the Kanarek Korner or otherwise) has ever claimed he worked as a contractor after serving in the Marines.

Your post seemed to imply that he had possibly been working as a contractor, and that’s how the audacious claim by @Inigo-montoya could be explained.

I am sorry for the loss of your friend HH. Contractors who die while working abroad in roles that advance US foreign policy… that can be complicated. Oftentimes the deceased goes unrecognized, and benefits to the surviving family are very limited. It makes me quite sad. War is very ugly.

There are screen shots, that I will not share because the mods deleted it for a reason.
Not a lie, but good try.

I print mine out from my phone. Dropped my NY Times subscription when they dropped the ability to print from the phone.

Thank you for pointing this out.

IM lying about RG’s involvement with 9/11 is the ultimate cringe.

This is from Mr. Deiningers filing from today. Kind of interesting. I read it that neither Lauren Kanarek or Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) have are willing to make a sworn statement that the evidence does not exist.

Because to do so would be to admit that they lied, over and over and over again.

You mean no upon information and beliefing?

Yep, that’s how I read it too. Neither plaintiff or her mother are willing to dispute the evidence he provided in his brief. Therefore, Kirby Kanarek needs to give it up.

What happens if they continue to do nothing? Looks like they intend to simply wait it out for what???

Let’s start a pool on whether LK tries to delay her deposition for one reason or another.

Eventually the court could dismiss LK’s claims due to lack of prosecution. And then MB could move for summary judgment on his counterclaims.

So it’s all cat and mouse and games to these people. Ridiculous.

I only caught about 5 min of the Murdough murder case but in those 5 min, the prosecution presented evidence of his phone having a step counter on it. They were easily able to track how many steps taken vs ground covered and came up with some pretty interesting information based on that.

I know the police did a terrible job with this particular case (mb) but I’m wondering if any of the phones had a similar app and what those phones would show if they did.
