Anyone else wondering how many times Judge Weaver has muttered “Whiskey-Tango-Foxtrot” and “Who does that?” as he works his way through the various filings?

I always just do it on my phone. Although it was a little humbling to see this post the other day. Lol.

I know the police did a terrible job with this particular case (mb) but I’m wondering if any of the phones had a similar app and what those phones would show if they did.

I don’t know what they could show, unless it was MB’s phone stationary in his pocket on the ground while the other phones were moving all around the crime scene at the same time.

Plus the phones were all found stacked together on the table, right? Which raises the question of how long they had been there. Was it before all the activity? If so, that didn’t seem to fit in with the chain of events as described. At all.

What happens if they continue to do nothing

Eventually the court could dismiss LK’s claims due to lack of prosecution. And then MB could move for summary judgment on his counterclaims.

If there really is one, I guess it would depend on the language and structure of the settlement and the dismissal.

I just wish the PD did a better job. The phones could have shown if someone was running around in circles, running up and down stairs or stationary.

Honestly, there were so many lower tech things they could have done first. I think fingerprint evidence has been around for a long time.
