Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

Might be a good time to share more cocktail recipes!

My mom had the weird robe in the 70’s that was some sort of probably highly flammable plushy polyester, hooded with white rope strings that were reminiscent of lead ropes, had a hoodie pocket, zipped, and looked like something a monk would wear if monks wore bright yellow.

I want that IN PINK

Are you earnestly trying to imply that other people got your posts deleted? Are you implying that your own bad behavior had nothing to do with that? Wow.

What bubble(s)?

(This may/might have been answered a few hundred posts ago, but I’m just starting to catch up.)

When somebody is composing a reply, you can see their icon, or bubble, on the screen with little dots next to it. On my phone, it shows up in the vicinity of where I put the red circle. It might be in a different place, depending on your device.

If multiple people are getting ready to reply at the same time, you will see multiple bubbles.

I only just found out the other day that if you hover over the bubble, it shows the person’s name! Otherwise it’s easy to mix up different people who might have the same initial and icon.

Edited to add another example.

How many articles of clothing are people allegedly eating so far? I remember someone maybe saying a saddle? Now a hat. I sure hope MB wins it all, And you guys don’t have to follow through🤮

You can’t make this stuff up. Goodnight all.

Ahhh yes, searches for the CPS numbers that she definitely wasn’t going to call and show her pictures of negligence and child endangerment… and cat feces.

Will there come a point when a judge just says “produce the recordings and transcripts or we’re dismissing your case?”

A worthy first post!

I think he did know, but we were discussing his texts at that point and he really wanted to distract everyone by how deeply involved he was and happy with the progress in #finishingthebastard.

Certainly not me. I corrected your implication that maybe RG was a contractor overseas after 9/11. I think stolen valor is pretty disgusting and a slap in the face for those who did actually serve. I lost an inlaw in the tower, I lost people who responded, I lost people who served in the horrific aftermath. The Kanareks are the ones disrespecting your friend and everyone else who really did sacrifice.

I’m sorry for your losses that day.

I never implied he was a contractor overseas.

Seriously. Normally (talking Army here), an XO (Executive Officer), CSM (Command Sergeant Major) or 1SG (First Sergeant) would be calling their COs. along with the principal staff officers for the organization. But the rank and file soldiers, not so much. There is a chain of command for a reason.

Is this you? Posted while some of us were discussing RG’s arrest record and unlikelihood of his “calling his CO and asking where he should go” prior to the planes hitting…

What relevance would a whole lot of veterans who worked as contractors if they couldn’t get on active duty have to RG then if it wasn’t to provide the alternative narrative that maybe he served as a contractor rather than enlisted?

Ha! I took it as sarcasm and didn’t think you were actually having surgery. But then when so many people were sending jingles, I thought I had been mistaken and started to worry about you. So glad it was actually sarcasm.

I said I’d eat my hat if RG was honorably discharged considering his extensive arrest record. I’ve never been dead set on any particular outcome for the trial. I don’t recall anyone mentioning eating their saddle, though it would be interesting to see.

Also curious how RG would have helped the war effort as a Marine if he didn’t have any knowledge of firearms.

Maybe he could have convinced someone else to lay a new floor in the latrines while he didn’t do much?

No, I’m sure that’s not the case. I imagine they’re there to speak FOR MB and to ask for his speedy release. After all didn’t they each individually petition Tarshis at that horse show and say how sorry they all felt for MB - they’ve even that LK would love to ride with him again. They certainly wouldn’t be there to harass people and gloat - surely not.

It’s all such a tangle of old lies, new lies and evolving lies - the Kanarek lawyers must just sit and weep.
