Also people saying he would not have called his CO were not around recruiters, veterans retirees, or reservists on or about 9/11 or you would know the numbers trying to sign up then.

Uh… a lot of people commenting about this were actually around veterans, reservists and active duty service members on 9/11. Some of the people commenting were service members themselves.

Sooooo… many folks commenting do have some insight regarding the issues involved.

I 100% stand by my assessment… RG calling any CO (either because he was serving in uniform, or to reach out to a prior CO)… it’s grade A BS.

RG visibly squirmed on the stand when Bilinkas began questioning him about his service. @Inigo-montoya has never answered any of the direct questions posed regarding what type of discharge RG got.

I think it’s perfectly clear what the situation involves…

I just went back and reread the transcript of Mr. B questioning LK about the recording devices. [image] She stated that RG bought the recording devices from Amazon. She also states several times that she thought there were two devices but “I could be wrong.” And that she wasn’t in charge of them but RG was. Does anyone remember if that computer was mentioned during any of the trial testimony? I still can’t stop wondering what kind of evidence could have been retrieved from it by a good digital forensic investigator.

Yeah… its just as likely that he didn’t call his CO at 8:45am on 9/11 since as others correctly pointed out - that was before the first plane even hit.

But lets for giggles assume that IM/JK isn’t lying through his teeth and that RG actually did reach out to someone in a position of power in the military that day…

At 845 am only one plane had hit so it was assumed to be a terrible accident. The 2nd plane didn’t hit until after 9.
