This can’t be the first time SS has had their complaints scrutinized or questioned in court. What has happened to complaints in in the past, other complaints? Surely they can be brought to light in court?
I still want IM or one of them to honestly tell the world what they expected the outcome of their terrorism against these people would be. I mean seriously! Some of the things they did, one can’t recover from - SS? CPS? Building Inspectors? The horror is wondering what did they have planned to do next?
And there are posters here who defend them and their actions.
Michael will request a hearing to defend against whatever the Kanareks submitted. The criminal trial verdict caused his status to change immediately and he will file a request for a hearing as soon as he can.
IF Lauren used SS as a weapon, she will more than likely be banned and then we will all hear more threats of suing USEF as she has threatened in the past.
In my opinion IF it is shown she filed a false report against Barisone it is equal to a woman crying rape when no rape occurred.
He was okay and walked out. Those horses are trained to lie still when they go down and wait for the crew to get them unhitched. There was also a lady at his head covering his eyes with a jacket or something of that sort, to help keep him from getting overstimulated. He had a bit of trouble getting to his feet - scrambled a few times - but he was able to get up once they removed his yoke. I am sure he was quite sore for a few days as he was pretty much underfoot of the other horses for a minute or two, but again - he walked out under his own steam.
As I said, it was frightening to watch but also amazing to see the professionalism of the support crew in quickly getting the horses straightened out and calmed down and unhitched. They certainly earned their Buds that day.
When I was a kid, we would ride our horses over to the Kriz farm in Bethany CT to be shod by the Kriz Brothers they and their father shod the Budwriser horses on the East Coast. We would ride over there to see them when the horses were at their farm. It was cool!
They key is the defense attorneys know and for sure the Kanareks know who sent which texts. Regardless who is who on the exhibit, they are conspiring to threaten others at the barn with what the Kanareks heard on their illegal recordings.
The police, prosecutors, and the defense attorneys would each have the unredacted records. It’s just that the names on the incoming calls have been redacted, mostly, in the copy the defense lawyer provided in the exhibit.
Deininger, Silver, and Stone all know the details of the “to” and “from” on each text.
Biggest self own in the history of these threads and that’s saying something!
Looking forward to the apology to @trubandloki for harassing her for being wrong about something she was right about (and backed up with such simple, available-to-all evidence) and to the rest of the participants for annoying us all and clogging up this thread with the deathless, obnoxious harassment of trubandloki.
Brava, trubanloki for your keen eyesight and patience in the face of blatant harassment. I’m impressed with your ability to keep your humour in the face of the recent attacks on you.
In point 25, Deininger stated that exhibit J contains a text from JK to LK on Aug 5 in which they discuss taunting Barisone with the release of some of the recordings.
The text from JK that he’s referring to in exhibit J is circled in blue. You can’t see from the redacted copy who the sender was, but Deininger would have access to the unredacted copy and I believe him when he says that specific text is from JK.
Deininger does not assert that all incoming texts on schedule J are from JK! The redaction was not complete, and you can see that LK received incoming texts from at least three people; JK, RG, and Rosanna Williams.
The text circled in blue, according to Deininger, is from JK.
Deininger does not make a statement as to the author of the “haha, maybe they’ll be homeless” text. The name of the sender of that text is redacted on the copy of exhibit that was filed.
@Ekat, what is your interpretation of Deininger’s statement on the texts in Exhibit J? In point 25, is he saying all the incoming texts on that page are from JK, or is he saying the blue circled text is from JK?
ETA. On the text circled in blue, I was wrong that it was from JK or that Deininger said it was from JK. @StB.YM pointed out that it is an outgoing text, and therefore written by LK to JK. Deininger only states that it is a text in a conversation between JK and LK, not that it is written by JK.
