I can’t see him going to BNT’s at this point, but I can see him trying hard to get owners behind her, to put her where she wants to be, as laughably demented as that seems, when you look at the logic of it.

The video is shown during trial to impeach the witness. Used to be you’d read the transcript. But letting the jury watch the video with words is sooo much better

OK, smoofox, you missed a couple of points.
First. While I have been an active poster, as opposed to lurker, every poster who took the “empathy tor LK” niche has been accused or speculated to be YankeeDuchess. This includes Equkelly, Hut-Ho, and RND, at least. I think at one point CanteringCarrot was accused of being YankeeDuchess! That was hilarious. I don’t think my writing style sounds like what I remember of YD, but perhaps I’m not objective. I do know, objectively, that Equkelly and Hut-Ho do not sound like YD at all. Of all the posters I’ve seen accused of being YD, I found RND to be the closest in style — sharp and belligerent. It’s not surprising RND got banned like YD for the belligerent, mocking posts. But I don’t think RND was YD, just a similar minded poster subjected to the same tactics by the EIM. Since this accusation of being YD has been lobbed indiscriminately at pretty much anybody who criticizes the mob for their victim blaming and victim bashing, even if their posting sounds completely different from the posting of YD, that tells me the accusation is not based on posting style. You think my use of the term “little musings” is condescending? Sdel and others often downplay their insinuations and accusations as “just speculation” to make it sound harmless. How is “musing” different from “speculation”?
Second. While I am not YD, I think that as a poster I’ve almost certainly experienced what she experienced as a poster. I do know my posts can be repetitive, but I also know that the repetition is a response to the mob tactic of misrepresenting what I post. I can let the misrepresentation stand without a response, or try to counter the misrepresentation. My point: if you take two different people with the same minority viewpoint, and as a mob subject them to the same mob “debating techniques”, should you be shocked if there is some degree of similarity in their response?
Third. In the time I’ve been an active poster, you’ve mentioned numerous times about YDs PMs to you telling you how to post. Yes, please post her PMs to you, as well as your responses. I’d rather see the exchange myself than keep reading your characterization of it.

That whole arguing privilege with actual lawyers was bizarre, especially considering she thought she knew everything because of her father being an attorney. Well… considering his ex parte communication with a judge, and having the entire family approach a witness at an event prior to the trial… I’m starting to see how that happened.

The 11-14-22 decision by Judge Sceusi denies the request for a Protective Order from the Plaintiff if the motion to quash the subpoena for KK is not granted (it was granted making the request for the Protective Order moot.)
Do you think the Plaintiff will try again for a protective order if KK’s subpoena is not quashed this time? What would the LK gain from having a Protective Order?

Owners are often those with money and power and those kinds of people are the people the Kanarek’s want to be seen with, associated with, and in business with, as it legitimizes the family as members of the successful or wealthy upper-class, which they are not. Going through owners to get around the objections and roadblocks of any trainers sympathetic to MB, is certainly one road they might try to venture down, as is approaching them directly for “business purposes” to buy in with a syndicate or whatever arrangement they can scheme their way into, so as to give Lauren (and them) access to people, horses, and places she and they would otherwise never be allowed access to. Remember that she repeatedly said for some time that the patrons of MB - who owned the farm and had owned competition horses - loved her dearly and wanted to do business with her, while she would be okay with training with MB again. She’s also stated quite a few times that people in the business “were getting behind her” after the shooting, even though there’s no real signs of that.

I absolutely agree that the speculation that I am a Kanarek, paid by the Kanareks, or the return of a banned poster who may or may not have been Kanarek is a tangent.
This set of tangents is never, ever, started by me!
In this case it was started by @eggbutt, and pursued by smoofox and ErinMeri, so they deserve the T-shirts.
Nine times out of ten, I ignore the insinuation/ accusations.
Are you offended that I sometimes respond rather than ignore it?
If the thread gets focused too much on the tangent (started by Eggbutt), the thread may get closed.
