The current NJ Victim Bill of Rights contains no language about Krol hearings or committed acquitees and gives no rights as delineated in those bills that haven’t passed yet.

I will take your word for it that the Linked In profile is a random weird thing. It probably was autogenerated by some weird social media bot related scheme. Who knows.
At least now you know it exists… and you can get it removed from Linked In if you want to.
FWIW… I am SUPER curious about what the truth of this situation is. That’s why I am following what is happening with the civil case. I assume that when everyone sits down for their depositions over the next few months - your daughter, you, and MB… you all will have to answer questions truthfully. It will be interesting to watch from the sidelines and see how the discovery process continues to unfold, and which parties seem confident concerning their cases and arguments… and which do not.

Oh. One more thing @Inigo-montoya. Why do you never publicly address @CurrentlyHorseless on these threads, and thank her for her public support of you and your daughter?
Honestly… I think it’s kind of crummy that you never throw her a bone, and continue to act like she doesn’t exist. She’s been a pretty steadfast contributor on these threads, and put a lot of time and energy into arguing on behalf of your daughter and your entire family.
The least you could do is express some appreciation for her.

I’m not talking about MHGs dad, who was nowhere near the Patio during Lauren’s shooting. I’m referring to previous conversations from previous threads. Those of us who have been following along know what I mean when I refer to DOP. Those of us who obfuscate and block certain unpleasant truths when the are referred to, even tongue in cheek, to might pretend they are confused. It’s a whole thing. I don’t expect you to get it.
