Rather than slide back from the statement that there are no negative posts on YT, you double-down and decide it is all CoTH posters setting up fake accounts. Do you really think before posting?

I can imagine a court order barring someone from “contacting”
MHG, but I can’t really imagine one that bars “discussing” someone.

Yeah, I agree that making totally vauge and unproven accusations is a low point. I’d ask you to back up your claim with proof, but we all know that’s not your style.

Yes, I know that. Some college kid is posting on Facebook or Twitter or somewhere the real time flight schedule of Musks private jet. It puts Musk at risk of being assassinated by some nut job.

If Musk cannot get a court order preventing the kid from posting that information, why should I believe Eggbutt’s claim that MHG has a court order preventing LK and “her family” from “discussing” MHG?

I have no doubt that Mr. D and Mr. Silver are going to absolutely convince the civil jury that LK was more than 51% liable for the incident that led to her injuries.

I think it is very unlikely that the defendants will convince the jury LK was more than 51% responsible.

Both KK and JK have pointed out the stress placed on MB by MHG demanding he “get rid of her” and threatening to leave if he didn’t.

Am I saying MHG “caused” his insanity? No, I’m not. I’m saying if the provocations that “pushed him over the edge” are going to be litigated in the civil case, LK would have have named MHG as a defendant. Not for conspiracy, but for causing the insanity.

She’s not named as a defendant because determining what combination of factors caused MBs insanity is not possible.

Well, I guess that means you think the jury in the criminal trial was made up of Elderly Illegal Mob members.

To me, the most logical explanation for the search results was that whoever planted the bugs then heard the discussion about the bug sweeper company coming ahead of time, and removed the bugs before the company got there.

You know, while doing “night check” in the middle of the night, or “wrapping the horse” after hours, or doing ninja duty, or what have you.
