Depends on the provisions written. It is entirely possible to have a provision not to discuss on social media. Happens in situations that have substantial media attention.

Why hasn’t Elon Musk obtained a court order preventing his stalker from posting his flight plans on the internet in real time?

The kid who posts the flight info is not a stalker. Thst’s publicly accessible information. Anyone with the tail number of a plane can look it up and see where it’s flying in real time. The guy has no way of knowing whether Elon is on the plane or who any of the pax are. All he’s doing is sharing the route plane flew.

You remind me of a guy in a court I worked at. He was Russian and just kept repeating “Xi am VEEK-TOM” over and over again.

To this day my husband and I repeat this saying.
