Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

Haha, IM, or LalaLoopy (posts sound pretty Loopy), you are providing some needed amusement on this dreary Saturday morning. Thankyew.

No. As long as the communication was sent to all attorneys of record the ethical requirement is satisfied. It’s not a motion or other record with the court so wouldn’t be posted.

Guarantee you there’s thousands of emails between all these attorneys that will never be posted unless they’re entered in record as attachments to a motion or other filing.

Goodness, I thought it was obvious I like to see actual proof, as in forensic evidence, before determining guilt on a man who was minding his own business, living a good life until the Kanarek family entered his life and targeted him and his then girlfriend because, why? The overwhelming actual evidence we have seen from court filings have shown, so far at least, there was a planned conspiracy by at least three individuals to destroy Barisone.

Obviously, we’ve only been shown the tip of the manure pile of evidence that will be presented at the civil trials. Get comfy, it is really becoming interesting.

Please notice the same old tactics are being used to attack others rather than responding to questions about why they refuse to produce the evidence they insisted they had.

I have become more sympathetic to typos since I started to use voice to text.

But still. That one’s pretty funny.

Ok. The bankruptcy court I’m familiar with puts every email sent directly to the court from non-council on the docket as a matter of record.

I initially misread that as decapitate. I was like whaaaat? Then I saw I was wrong. Did I say I was bad with typos? Apparently I can’t read, either! :joy:

This! Especially having to deal with someone like LK.

I’m really glad to hear this, for the sake of the elderly woman involved. Thank you so much for sharing even more details about this settlement.

It sounds like she is officially free and clear of you and your spawn. I hope she can go on now to enjoy her golden years in peace and comfort. And maybe have some scratch left over to buy another nice horse or two, and watch a friend campaign it.

What a nice thought.

All’s well that ends well. Best wishes to RC!

Bankruptcy is a little different than civil - often petitioners represent themselves but the trustee’s communications are always part of the record.

I see you check your spelling as well as BN.

You thought you would have a party.

It’s funny that IM (or “IM”) is so wordy today after such a long absence from the BB.

Maybe “he” attended the Friday night lights event last night in Wellington, and felt the need to vent a bit following “his” reception there.

Yeah if I honestly believed someone was actively involved in trying to kill me or my kid, this Chump Change would NOT satisfy me.

Were I a grifter and I got this? Yeah I might be happy. Not sure as I’m not a grifter.

He/she was clearly compelled to do what I call “Neener Posting” where there is such a deep seeded need to cry out neener neener neener to others as if to claim some weird victory over them.

It makes sense now why SFG had the - all defendants even if dismissed are part of the liability equation- section in his recent pleadings. That’s going to be a higher bar for LK to get over now.

Yes please note a settlement is not a judgment unless it is So Ordered. So it’s normal to withdraw or ask for dismissal on a settled case. In fact it’s the most common case disposition.

You shush. Lollypop is not a grifter. She is a woman of unlimited means. Who has an anonymous “sponsor.” Who continues to fund her … because… why?

We don’t know. But onetime, a long time ago, she worked as an “event planner” for some major healthcare organization in NC.

Anyway… someone who doesn’t want their identity known apparently sponsors her. Because that makes sense. But… she’s not a grifter.

But she’s still super excited about a chump change settlement.

Capisce?

It’s even odder to feel the need to do that to a bunch of random strangers on the internet.

Why bother? Who does that??
