It makes sense now why SFG had the - all defendants even if dismissed are part of the liability equation- section in his recent pleadings. That’s going to be a higher bar for LK to get over now.

1. Ruth Cox settled long ago……because her lawyers accept facts you refuse to accept …doesn’t matter if it was hundreds of thousands or billions….hardly the point.

2. there was no ex parte letter….I said check with the clerk if you don’t believe. But no one here will….they don’t like what they’ll find.
   Obviously Judge Sceusi didn’t think it was an ex parte letter.
   Oh wait, he’s another crooked judge and I control him……right Eggbutt.

Oh ……one more thing you’ll refuse to believe.

Do you know who told me to ignore COTH years ago??
His words were…”they’re just a bunch of middle aged women with nothing better to do!”
