How do you know that MB was planning on using the hay man to commit a felony? Was this all caught on tape, perhaps? Where was the recording device that captured this planning located again? Who were the parties involved in the conversation, and did any of them consent to being recorded? Did your daughter or RG plant the recording device, then collect the audio file, then distribute it to you? Why were your daughter and RG giving you copies of these audio files?
Did anyone provide MCPO with this audio file of MB talking about using the hay guy to commit a felony?
