1. Ruth Cox settled long ago……because her lawyers accept facts you refuse to accept …doesn’t matter if it was hundreds of thousands or billions….hardly the point.
2. there was no ex parte letter….I said check with the clerk if you don’t believe. But no one here will….they don’t like what they’ll find.
   Obviously Judge Sceusi didn’t think it was an ex parte letter.

I’m imagining a hypothetical conversation in the office of the attorney who will eventually be retained to represent JK, as he is preparing for his eventual deposition.
