At least there’s no pretense that this isn’t posted by Kanareck.

If things did not go well then there’s a real need to shut the thread.

Let’s chill until we find out what it is.

Dust Busters are pretty handy little tools.

I’m still chuckling at this one.

I know hay has gotten crazy expensive, but… Lol.

It’s so entertaining because right now in the U.S., that “cool quarter million” won’t even buy you a slum lord rental unit in most U.S. cities!

So much less than a farm like Hawthorne Hill!

Don’t know, however, since IM announced the settlement to the world of Coth, one would surmise that LK disclosed it to him. IANAL

I know! The hay man with his kind eyes that are presumably a window to his kind heart, his wagon full of common sense from his life experiences (or maybe a Masters in agriculture :woman_shrugging:t2:) is somehow going to, unbeknownst to him, commit a felony?

I am not middle aged. Do I have to resign my commission?

Thanks for tagging me and giving me the necessary prompt, @Eggbutt .

By giving the verdict of NGRI instead of NG, the jury determined that Michael Barisone shot LK. And no, they didn’t give the verdict of NGRI to a man they thought was innocent just to get him “state paid mental health help”.

Do you think the fact that MB shot LK will need to be relitigated in the civil trial, with the 911 call and the cops testimony, or do you think the principle collateral estoppel will apply?

Odd, because you appear to have quite the well-developed imagination otherwise.

No. She’s trying to say that the law provides considerable protections to the defendant as to what type of information is admissible to attempt to prevent the jury from convicting based on character rather than the facts of the case.

You were not aware of that?
