I am thrilled you are here to defend Lauren. But why are you here defending her? Remember, this thread was about any news on either trial and it was highjacked to give an update on Lauren and her first show since the shooting. A significant event. I congratulated her for obtaining her bronze medal at last. I also questioned why she scratched three other classes. Nothing vicious or condescending.

And yes, it is a shame others have not found their justice with Lauren because she has dodged the process servers. She is always so innocent but does not accept the filings to prove her innocence. Does that make her above the law or make her smarter than her accusers? Rhetorical question…no response needed.

I was curious before this thread was started to hear what was going on with the courts in that part of the world, both civil and criminal, with the covid thing.

It is a strange road bump to navigate.

I was glad someone started a thread so we could learn that information.

Threads die when no one responds. Perhaps if those who dislike the direction a thread is taking, instead of responding how much they dislike the direction or tatteling to the mods, would simply stop posting the thread would simply die.

The moderator has repeatedly closed these threads saying a new one can start when there is news in the case from a public source. There is no news, but Eggbutt thanked Danvers for starting the thread so she did not have to.
If there is movement in the case, lots of people are interested, but there is a core of 3 or 4 posters, led by Eggbutt, who use the threads to rehash tired criticisms of LK. Scratched a lot. She has been refusing to answer the door for two years, etc.
If the posters who are objecting to the tired, repetitive bashing of LK were to leave, the thread would not die, the LK bashers would just continue on with their bashing without any pushback.

All of the previous threads were about to die until LK showed back up to get them going again. It is a pattern for her on this forum. There were even a few threads where her commentary could be considered baiting in order to make the thread about her. This one has been relatively slow.

I for one was interested to hear about the third bronze medal score because it was a major point of contention in thread and the source of major accusation from LK. LK was on here practically threatening to sue the USDF to get her duplicate judge score counted for her bronze…and she was using the mistaken congratulations as a source for her claim of fraud from MB. I think the implications on the scores speaks volumes for what might turn out from the discovery of the two cases.

That’s how I remember it. But her filing a complaint with USEF for MB bullying her, and her asserting that his manipulating her entries and leading her to think she had her bronze is NOT the same as her suing or threatening to sue, USDF.
