I agree, outside of illegally bringing the gun into the state and handing it to MB, RC acted responsibly.
But bringing the gun and handing it over to MB, so that it was no longer in her control is why she’s partly liable for LK getting shot.

I too somewhat remember DPR coming before IM but I could be wrong.
And LK sued any entity that she could. But even her attorneys couldn’t peg MHG.
I suppose LK knows MHG is thriving, riding and winning stuff and has friends among her fellow dressage riders.

I do not find the blue saddle parts amusing. But it sure is an interesting lesson is not believing the stuff about a free horse when it is offered.
