I’m prosecutor. A while back someone asked “why a subpoena?” Honestly, I don’t get it. Perhaps the NJ SPCA representative misspoke? A search warrant is what is typically used to seize evidence - even before charges are filed. A subpoena doesn’t have the same legal force. The only times I’ve used one is when I needed records from an institution such as a bank or cell phone company or hospital. A search warrant has to be approved by a judge, but usually a subpoena doesn’t. So this actually worries me a little. It’s going to take a lot of work to PERMANENTLY protect these poor animals. This is not even close to over.

No, actually. There are very many people who do not want publicity of any kind and don’t care to appear on tv, which because of YouTube, etc., is now out there forever and you can find yourself on somebody’s mix tape.

And in this case, when you’re exposing an evil woman, it makes sense to say “don’t identify me.” I wouldn’t want Monica Thors loading up her Dremel tools and driving to my farm when I was at work.

Have authorities taken screen captures of Monica’s FB page and any other public postings? Have all her photos and posts been downloaded? I’m sure that FB page is going to disappear any moment now.

If you watch the easter video, some of the same players are in that video as well. She must have some type of power over them, as I find it hard to believe that full grown men are happily bouncing around in bunny ears…they even have that “I am so embarrassed look” fake smile on their faces. If she had that much persuasion over them, then I highly doubt if they did notice that things were odd, they felt empowered to call her out on it. I think they are scared of her…
