When it rains it pours.

Stormy’s ex recently filed for divorce and is apparently suing her for custody and seeking a restraining order. It’s obvioysly a separate matter from the EDH case… but tough timing.

I don’t know anything about any of these people other than publicly available info. I feel badly for the daughter though. Poor kid.

Point of technicality, would that not be “Stormy’s estranged husband…” for one is not truly ex’d till once the divorce is complete.

Given the level of publicly surround her, it could almost be understandable to want to do something to protect their daughter.

I remember when this thread started, may even have a comment on it from back then so it blows my mind this is still on going. Almost tempted to read from the beginning for there have clearly been some “Rainbow Cake” moments along the way. :lol:

Pegasus Princess. Located in Rockwall, TX. 16.2hh 8yo OTTB mare. Great record at Training level and completed her first preliminary in June, usually finishing on her dressage score. Could keep moving up the levels in eventing, would also be a great Hunter or Jumper!!! VERY careful jumper with plenty of scope! Currently jumping 1.15 courses. Needs experienced rider, can get a bit fiesty at shows. Goes all 3 phases in a snaffle. Several of my juniors have jumped her and xc schooled her!! Super sweet personality with excellent ground manners!! UTD on everything!!! Priced to Sell at $22,000!!! Need $$ for down payment on house!! Will be selective on who she sells to though. videos in comments

Stormy is an eventer. Eventers are brave tough and smart. These are not attributes that are found in most of the women Trump is familiar with. He has NO idea what he is up against.

um, have been known to popover the odd xc fence in my time so understand a little of the character-of-mind it requires.

back when 3day was long format, when being able to produce 3 elite horses was somewhat miraculous, the sport was described to newcomers as “Character Building” . these days? one still requires “character” but not all who participate at the higher levels have built on theirs.
Ms Daniels however, I have no doubt as to her resilience and good character.

I am sorry to read of the custody issues - NOTHING would surprise me finding out certain dirty orange money being behind. stay strong, Stormy - you have people from all around the world in your corner just waiting to hear you need our assistance.

So, is Trump behind EDH and the abuse of Stormy’s horses? I am confused how Trump was brought up with an issue between EDH and Stormy. Is Trump involved with the lawsuit from EDH?

Wow well I have not read all 47 pages, but I have to ask one thing, if this EDH person is competing at the 4 star level, how is it that other big names do not know about her alleged horrid practices? How could one stay in the big leagues and be this bad?

believe me, all those other ‘elite’ riders/trainers are just thrilled/relieved that the microscope is on EDH and not on them.
majority are also far too busy keeping their own little tribes in order to even know, beyond the goss they hear at shows/from new clients to worry about what the other ‘elite’ riders/trainers are up to.

one only has to read the Eventing Forum (any forum really) to know that there are plenty of Star Struck Fan Gurls/Boyz alive and kicking in the horse world.

I assume you didn’t read the last 20 or so posts? I would say anything that has President’s Trump name, reference to orange hair, Trump riding a horse, etc is political. Anything with a political conspiracy about President Trump being behind the legal fight against Stormy, and her estranged husband for custody of their child, I would think would fall under political.

I would hate to see the thread shutdown, as there is a lot go good information in it currently and if this goes to court, I would think a lot more would come out.

stormy is the OP, and she isn’t a minor. i’d assume you are talking about me, and in the case, i get both the references! i’m going into junior year of high school, but thanks for everyone’s concern. we DONT want this thread going into the off topic portion of this website, so let’s keep focused on EDH

why would it be such a bad thing for the thread to be moved to OFF Topic?

I bet there’s a whole slew of regular cothers that don’t visit Eventing who would appreciate reading this thread.
