Stone is asking for documentation of the alleged harassment issue from SGF, not MB. He is asking MBs lawyers for the complete file of pleadings in the criminal case.
Re bolded. Do you mean Deininger, Bilinkas and Silver? Stone represents the plaintiff. If Silver has evidence of LKs harassment, why is he declining to turn it over? That’s all Stone is asking for. Yes, LK has to prove her case. So does Barisone with respect to the alleged instances of harassment. That’s the point.
Kirby has not been “tossed in jail” because the judge has not yet ruled on Stone’s motion to quash her subpoena, or Deininger’s motion to compel.
Just curious as to who the “We” in the "We are waiting for is. And yes, I know I have to kick $10 in.[quote=“CurrentlyHorseless, post:173, topic:783563, full:true”]
Stone has responded to the subponeas regarding the transcripts asking that the subponeas be quashed. We are waiting for judge to rule on that motion as well as the defense’s motion to compel.
Why on earth should KK turn over the transcripts prior to the judge ruling on those motions?

Thinking about legal phrases we’ve become familiar with during these past few years I am reminded of Ed Bilinkas’, “Who does that?” and Mark Silver’s, “Just wait.”
Sure wish we had a new chapter from Deininger and/or Silver!
I do not think Stone is asking for information from public records, or for information about LKs previous “behaviour”.
There is no documentation in public records on the redacted incident of alleged harassment against MB. The allegation is found in public records, that is, in the MB civil suit against the police, but not documentation or evidence of the incident. Stone is asking for any actual documentation of the incident that would substantiate the allegation.
Well clearly GAS should log in to NexisLexis and do his own frigging research! Silver is under no obligation to give him anything. As Lauren says, it’s on the internet - find it yourself!
