No. But I was quite impressed with how well his mount was behaving when he did that. And it actually looked like the horse/pony was headed straight for Boyd to resolve the issue. Lol.
Wouldnât it also be extremely easy for GAS to get them from the court records?
Donated
Not worth asking this. Sheâs going to reply in the negative and youâll counter and the cycle starts. Itâs the same thing over and over and over.
And the answer is obvious.
In the screenshot someone kindly linked above, I note that there was a citation for the Lexis report, so, there you go. Log into Lexis and get the report.
Plus, no one would ask the other side for publicly available info. How could know if they other side (through honest error or on purpose) didnât give you everything? Or an old version of something that had been updated? Of course you get your own copies of available info yourself so you control the process and can satisfy yourself you have the complete records.
This all seems really dumb TBH.
Same!
I think Stone is asking for any documentation that SGF has beyond what is in the court record on the redacted incident. If SGF has zero information on the incident beyond what was is publicly available from court records, they could say so.
SGF stated that it knew of âother incidents of harassmentâ, without specifying what the incidents were. Stone canât look for the public records on the other incidents if he doesnât know what incidents SGF is referring to. In addition, SGF may have documentation on those incidents beyond what is in the public record.
I think Stone is saying âSpell out what incidents of harassment youâre referring to, and disclose any information you have on them.â
I agree. Stone is not asking for publicly available information. The 100% redacted report did not have much information even before redactingâ it was very brief.
Heâs asking for any information or documentation SGF has beyond the publicly available information.
Aside from the Lexis Nexus, do they get to say âshow me your cardsâ, essentially, regarding the other known alleged incidents of harassment? Or does that constitute work-privilege or whatever?
Not sure if this has been answered yet, still catching up, but what Iâve seen in other cases is that the side asking for the information (in a civil matter) has to pay for reasonable costs and expenses necessary to produce and provide copies of the requested items.
FYI: Boyd prefaced the video that Silva is in Wellington competing this week - so he is alone with his boysâŠ
Heâd better hope she doesnât have Wi-Fi there!
Although Iâm sure a hundred people have shown it to her by now. Lol.
Yup! So does he! Silva is away and dressage goes out the window and the eventing begins! Grab mane. Love how he laughs when his son is on the neck of the horse - too much happiness!
The best time to learn what to do if you are unseated and end up on your horseâs neck, is when you are a kid, on a kid horse, in an enclosed space, with a helmet on and your Dad watching.
Of course! Thatâs the point! And everyone is happy.
It does look a bit like chaos, but maybe the good kind. And they are all laughing. Plus the animals do look saintly.
Also, I hope those kids realize how lucky they are to have those very safe animals and that beautiful indoor and their dad right there with them as theyâre learning the ropes and having fun.
I donât really know anything about them, so maybe this is way off base.
But I wonder if we would have seen similar videos of the Davidsons if everybody had video cameras in their pockets when Buck was that age.
Of course! Thatâs the point! Love it!
I beg your pardon?
Where exactly did I say he was putting his kids in danger? I didnât.
In fact, I pointed out repeatedly that they were extremely well mounted on very safe animals, and looked like they were having fun.
