Well, last time he stopped by, he mentioned that his daughter couldn’t move because MHG was calling around warning other barn owners. Then people reminded him of Mr Tarshis’s testimony re: the deal and barn that was worked out between those two gentlemen.

So…

It could simultaneously be true that MHG was calling around warning some other barn owners, but Tarshis nevertheless found one barn able to accommodate LK.

For along time, I believed he hadn’t committed perjury but merely had forgotten important facts in the 3 years between the shooting and the trial. But I was wrong. He lied. He said he was negotiating for weeks with me about finding LK a new barn. NO! Lie! I was out of the country and spoke to him for the first time ever on Friday, August 2.
He said he was recorded. LIE!
He and I had many many cordial conversations between the shooting and when we met him at Wellington.
We talked golf as well as mutual friends we had in NJ. He spoke about a possible movie about this whole matter. He spoke about who sho play him in the movie.
When we saw him at Adequan he could not have been happier to “finally meet us in person.” Those were his words! Do you think he had to spend 45 minutes talking about the case with JK, LK, and KK if he didn’t want to.
And, the next day he texted me…“nice to meet you, I spoke to Bilinkas about our conversation. How long are you going to be in Florida?” Yeah, I have all our texts to one other.
His certification is a lie. But you, Ekat, now as always, missed that day in law school where lawyers learn there are two sides to a lawsuit. And you also apparently missed the day where lawyers are taught that pleadings are just that…pleadings.

So in answer to your typical wiseass (but always clueless) question…NO…I did not tell him about all of that at this event…because our conversation that evening could not have been more pleasant…does that satisfy your curiosity?

When only one side asserts facts and evidence and the other one is delaying discovery, while saying they want to tell their story, but…not turning over their alleged evidence, like those videos that were subject to your subpoena, it paints a picture, yes.

And, when push came to shove, and your daughter’s deposition was rapidly approaching, instead of telling her story, she dropped her suit. Yep, there’s another picture painted.

Eggbutt and others in the mob look to Ekat for legal information, but to my knowledge Ekat has never represented herself to be a lawyer.

I think most people understand that pleadings are just pleadings and not facts, but some choose to pretend that the pleadings of Barisone’s lawyers are facts.

I don’t have a high opinion of Deininger, but was nevertheless disappointed that he parroted the claim that Taylor did not “permit” MB to present a defense of self defense. Surely Deininger knows better.

The group here just adores Mr Silver. I wonder if the insurance company that provided the defense for SGF will deploy Mr Silver to respond to Barisone’s civil suit, or assign a different lawyer.

This is the reason and it doesn’t matter what the people here say. They have zero interest in the truth. He told other barns just what he has told me many times. MHG is POISON! The young working students had to leave because of her. She couldn’t stop thinking Barisone might flirt with 20 year old girls. But for MHG, this shooting never happens!

Now that’s what Tarshis told me. And other than the part about the shooting which hadn’t happened yet, that is what he was telling other barn owners.
