Here’s MB’s defense. I’ve been suffering from delusional disorder for 30 years and I can use that as a get out of free card every time I need it. Drink bleach at Olympics? Delusional disorder!
Disobeying and resisting arrest in Florida? Delusional disorder! Try to murder two people because my young girlfriend threatened to leave me? Delusional disorder! He’s really just like the Incredible Hulk. A dressage trainer who turns into a monster whenever he loses his temper. You wouldn’t want to see him when he’s angry!
He may seem fine with the psychiatrists when he’s painting or knitting or whatever. But which of you are going to be the first to sign your child or grandchild up to train with him? According to Dr Simring, delusional disorder cannot be cured.

I think most people understand that pleadings are just pleadings and not facts, but some choose to pretend that the pleadings of Barisone’s lawyers are facts.

Pleadings are usually based on facts and evidence, silly, because eventually you have prove your claims with facts and evidence. There has been enough evidence released to validate that Silver and Deininger’s pleadings are very fact based……compared to other pleadings in the civil suit based on lies, denial, improper court procedure, and desperate begging not to embarrass the plaintiff.

Well, you don’t have to prove your claims if the suit is dismissed by the judge before going to trial, as Deininger’s other civil suit was.

That one had 100 pages of claims. Deininger was spared having to prove any of the them when the case was dismissed.

Hopefully it won’t be long before Silver or some other attorney representing the insurance company responds and asks for summary dismissal.

Dienenger vs Silver in filings and maybe in court? Lots of drama. I bet we all agree who would do a better job.

Oh dear, bless your heart! There are a lot of people who don’t like or respect MHG, but has she been accused of anything other than being opportunistic, concerned about her children, passionate about her profession, or behaving professionally and above reproach all this time?

Truth doesn’t work well in an echo chamber. People here actually make contributions to a man who a jury unanimously agreed tried to kill a woman if they respond to posters with another viewpoint. That’s the definition of an echo chamber.
