New filing on ecourts re MB

I can’t wait to see what Mr. Silver has to say on the topic……though I have a good guess as to what it will be.

I think it was the still camera they didn’t like.

One terabyte!!?? Dayum!!! Apparently LK’s myriad of attorneys don’t have a computer capable of reading that much data.

Sorta like “losing” the video of the event!

Well, in all honesty, this family has apparently never actually “rolled up their sleeves” and worked for anything. [Edit] there is zero public history of employment anywhere other than a stint JK had with EF Hutton and, of course, RG’s short work experience with a bath renovation company.

Oh - was LK or RG or JK in charge of it?

This one also seems pretty interesting….

Lawyer math is interesting - apparently July 2022 to March 2023 is over a year?

No wonder billable hours add up so fast!

Looking back at the docket, the very first filing after the stay was lifted (after the criminal trial) was a consent order from Silver on 4.28.2022 requesting that all “paper” discovery be completed by 8.1.2022. The consent order was granted and signed by Sceusi on 4.29.2022.

So Mr. D complied with that order by the deadline by delivering the 1T hard drive to Nagel (delivered on 7.29.2022).

Does anyone recall a filing on the docket that references the fact that Mr. D turned over that info? I don’t remember seeing it but I know I have missed some here and there and my session has expired AGAIN (the second time in the past few minutes).

Also, it is obvious that Mr. N did not comply. I guess we will never know whether that was of his own accord or at the direction of his client (or her father), but I don’t know how it can escape a judge’s notice that the plaintiff apparently has no interest in the case moving forward.

And I too am of the opinion that it seems that Nagel did not turn over a full file to Stone - although it wouldn’t take much to convince me that he gave everything to JK, who cherry-picked what he was going to give to Stone.

There wouldn’t be one if he complied. You only see filings on the docket when they don’t comply and someone needs court intervention.

His opening statement:
“Poor Planning on Your Part Does Not Necessitate an Emergency on Mine.” - Bob Carter
In the latest chapter of “Kanarek Disregards the Court Rules”, Plaintiff has filed a Motion that is simultaneously procedurally barred and substantively void of merit.

I love this man!

Mr Deininger’s opposition motion was nice and concise and lays out why GAS’s motion was weird.

Mr Silver, though, well, this opening is just so perfect.

I really appreciate that Mr Silver defined everything for those who enjoy debating what he meant by a word. Well done, Mr Silver, well done.

I wonder what happened to the huge electronic file Deininger provided last year?

Thank you Mr. Silver for your amazing writing skills and ability to point out the obvious (with legal proof of that obvious)!

I sure home JK and KK were able to open the two new filings posted here when they visited a bit ago so they can understand what is happening. Perhaps GAS will read his personal copy of the filings as well and begin asking the Kanareks for all the information they failed to provide him.
