It simply amazes me how LK could not WAIT for all of the information to come out as to the horrible things MB had done to her and now it seems the KKlan wants to avoid, delay, ingnore anything that may possibly show just how horrible a person she is. All of the “bobshells” and “blue chip lawyers” have certainly fallen by the wayside. It is almost hard to comprehend how bad all these delays are making LK look. I guess that is what happens when you count your chickens before they are hatched. MB just had to go and throw a wrench into their plans by being found NGRI. Perhaps my understanding of the circumstances are wrong, but this really does read to me like someone on LK’s side didn’t hand over the complete case folder to Gregg and tried to pass it off as MB or SGF’s fault.

If Weaver doesn’t see through the K-Klan’s nonsense, then he doesn’t deserve to be on the bench. Although since it is New Jersey, he just may be indicative of the type of people Jersey-ites prefer in their judiciary - i.e., not very bright.

NGRI means he is not criminally responsible for having shot her. The issue now is whether he is civilly liable for for having shot her. The one thing we know from the criminal trial is that he shot her.

Watching the GP civil case kinda drives home to me how long some of these cases take. I wonder if judges are just used to constant delays in civil cases and if that shapes how strict they are with lawyers complying with deadlines?

The attached emails certainly do not make GAS look good, do they?
It is also interesting that there is all this that just Lauren Kanarek (or her lawyer) has not done to comply with discovery. They did not even have to bring up that stuff that Jonathan Kanarek and Kirby Kanarek have ignored all this time.

I wonder if GAS feels like a complete idiot filing for information that had already been sent to his predecessor? What wonderful clients the Kanareks must be. If they have withheld pertinent information from their attorney, while demanding he file for the same information, sure would call into question anything else they had to say to GAS I suspect. Who does that?

The Audio and/or Video! RG told law enforcement when they pulled in that there was video of the confrontation. We were told there were other recordings by LK and KK, and once we heard them we would know “The Truth” and fully see why LK was a victim! And how many of these recordings have been produced? Once again, a big fat ZERO!
Now, imagine you were GAS, and had this potential client come to you with all these things in their hip pocket, ready to rock and roll on a civil case that looks like a slam dunk.
Imagine you Googled said client’s name and came up with the Sarah Nir NYT article that came out shortly after the incident. Woo hoo, we got us a good durn case here! Let’s get down to it!
And then you started to really dig in and get the facts! Not what you were expecting. 19,000 pages of social media posts. A jury of 12 of his peers, finding the accused both not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity. Your client admitting on the stand during testimony that she actively planned to destroy the accused.
Add to that not having the full information from the previous attorney representing your now client. As well as her parents refusing to answer to subpoenas, or get their own legal representation.
Poor GAS. Poor, poor GAS.
The KKlan, LK, JK (@Inigo-montoya) and KK(@Seeker1) have shown him, and the entire world, exactly who and what they are.

I feel you are giving GAS too much credit.
I sense that JK and GAS are friends (they live within walking distance of each other). I reckon JK advised GAS to keep costs in check, hence the lazy and sloppy work (which occasionally appears to be co-authored).

Stone has asked for all legal pleadings and filings, including the appeal.
Did Deininger somehow provide the Krol appeal in July 2022 when the Krol appeal was not filed until October 2022?
Did it occur to you that Deininger turned over a hard drive with a ton of stuff, but that it may not have contained the documents that Stone is seeking?

I was trying to give GAS the benefit of the doubt.
Although LK herself has attempted to look down upon the Elderly Illegal Mob for being, well elderly, here is the thing. As you age, you gain the experience to understand when bull s**t is being fed to you the moment it happens.
Despite what LK pushed us to believe, through the NYT’s Sarah Nir article, as well as her posts here- that she was an innocent, “babe in the woods”, hard working dressage rider, busting her butt to make it to the Olympics- many here were suspicious from the beginning.
If GAS has not developed these instincts as he has aged, or over time given his chosen profession, than I feel sorry for him.
But, maybe I shouldn’t.

Alas, it seems the bombshell arsenal has turned out to be full of duds. I actually find this rather disappointing, because we were promised profound revelations. And though we’ve gotten many revelations, I don’t believe they are the sort the KKrew had envisioned.
