Mr. Silver missed an opportunity there, it would have been great if he had put that in with a reference to Lauren Kanarek saying that.
I spy with my one good eye that old line again.

I am laughing at the fact that it looks like Lauren Kanarek is once again not getting the name on the door. Darn it. What is she going to do about GAS having an underling do this stuff for him? Is that OK for her lawyer but not OK for her riding instructor/trainer (except it was OK, until it was not)?
I liked the preceding sentence.
I find GAS to be trying to be more theatric than either Mr. Silver or Mr. Deininger. What I assume GAS does not like is that Mr. Silver does it so well, and GAS falls flat.
Until this case, I never realized that attorneys could be so humorous and sarcastic (for lack of better words that won’t come to mind) in their language!
So refreshing!

Anywho…now that the cat is out of the bag……exactly how does MB’s mental state now have any bearing on his mental state in Aug, 2019?
Ahhh, good old “victim blaming” again. All I can think is he is trying to do a job and is throwing whatever at the wall. There is only one victim in this situation and he is probably beginning to understand that idea. Clearly GAS has not done any historical search on his client’s behavior.

All I can say is:
Sure seems like GAS wasn’t provided with all the info from the previous attorney, or hasn’t bothered to delve into it, thinking it’s a slam dunk. We know he won’t get the truth from the Ks, and is likely to end up pretty embarrassed should this actually go to trial.
This case has just made me lose even more faith in humanity and I have no idea how we survive as a race sometimes. [Edit], the stupid games we play.
