New site GLITCH and PROBLEM reporting HERE

I am getting a message that the forums are temporarily unavailable. I got here “through the back door”. It seems from the other posts that other people have access to the new forums. How do I access them? Thanks

Should be in your settings can opt to receive email notification or opt not to receive them. Unless that setting isn’t working?? I’m getting notification when someone quotes my posts or if i receive a like. not subscribed to any threads though.

I get the notifications on quotes/ likes in the notification section at top of my screen.Don’t know about the email notifications opted out of receiving emails.

When I went back to that thread, there my post was?

The whole is running slow for me, takes long to change pages and forums, but that is probably because they may be working on the background while still running.

It did it again while posting this, “edit conversation” came up and when I clicked ok, it didn’t do anything but sit on my posting window.
Then, when I exited that thread and checked, here my post is!

I could not add pictures while editing, only in the original post.

Hmmm. There is an annoying display issue in the message center.

Yep, that is a new glitch that started a while ago, was not there yesterday or earlier today.

Maybe they are working on something that caused that, hopefully not for long?

But it still doesn’t actually work - you hit the quote button and it takes you to the bottom of the page with the quote.

If I’m not logged in and try to go to a different page of search results, I get a message that I am missing human verification.

So I had to create a completely new user. (Used to be danceronice.) I tried every password I can think of, and when trying to use e-mail recovery, it didn’t recognize any personal e-mail I have on the account where I (used to) receive forum notifications. When I went through the register/previous user option, it still didn’t have any e-mails but it did think my user name was taken. And I couldn’t find any way to contact someone without creating another account.

Like others, I’m having trouble posting where it just spins and then I get a “Empty Response” box (I think that is what it said). But then I refresh the page and my post has gone through ok. I could not edit when I tried earlier. This is all using Chrome on a MacBook. And man, things are excruciatingly slow. However, on the plus side, my productivity will be super high as it is making me less inclined to spend time here!

ETA This time edit works so maybe my problem earlier was a fluke! But in posting this, it spun and gave me the “empty response” error box again.

I made this mistake. If we’re talking about the same thing, it’s Posts per page, Not Threads. So I’m now seeing 20 posts once I’m inside the thread (like now), but I still only see 10 threads (for ex: under Off Course) because that’s not a setting we can change. (I don’t think.)

I did, too. I would like to be able to specify threads per page as well as posts per page. 10 isn’t enough for me.

I’ve gone to my profile/account settings several times and changed the number of threads per page to 20 or 30, but even when I save the changes, I’m still only seeing the default 10 threads per page. I have tried logging out and logging back in, but that didn’t change anything.

I did the same thing, also. I expected the same number of posts and thread. Maybe that’s just me.
