You know, another “trainer” of the hunter/jumper persuasion, who had some very ugly things come to light also tried to sue a few posters here, The Chronicle of The Horse bulletin Board, and Rate My Horse Pro for discussing actual factual things.
They didn’t fair so well, and ended up looking even more ridiculous than they already did. But if you want to go for it, more power to ya.

Just saw the video. I know he’s claimed others have said they haven’t seen riding quite like that in a long time. I’d agree with that statement. Though “light” wouldn’t be word I’d use.

Hey Kelly, got an answer yet about the fake haul in lesson claim? How about the check fraud?
I admit I have no video of that. I DO have video of teaching very young beginners to post at the walk to get an idea of that before moving on to trying it at the trot. And it looks about the same. Though the kids are admittedly a lot lighter in the tack.
difference is, sweetie, we’re not making the claims Nick (you?) is. posters are merely questioning the validity of those claims. which is perfectly reasonable. and considering what has been found out (the lies, potential check fraud???, and questionable, um, ‘training’?) you might want to consider backing away from the keyboard…
