Nick Peronace Dressage

You can clearly see they are bell boots at the end of the video. They are the same as my horse wears, the davis shiny ones. You can see the light reflecting off the plastic at the end of the video. If you cannot see them you need glasses. Or better glasses. My guy wears them on all 4 all the time and they make a horrible amount of noise as they go slapping about the foot.

Leave the poor woman and her horse alone, jesus christ.

more drivel.

I have recently posted that I am willing to provide a free clinic. If I was this con artist person that they’re making me out to be, wouldn’t I be hiding instead of practically begging for an opportunity to prove myself? The fact is, I stand behind my abilities and these people are just a group of jealous haters. I have not received one single inbox yet taking me up on my offer of a free clinic.

I and thankful for all of my supporters, and I encourage everyone to call the Chronicle and try to have the thread removed.

“I have not received one single inbox yet taking me up on my offer of a free clinic.”

There is a message in there (i.e. not taking you up on even a free offer).

He’s artfully dodging all of the questions because the only people who will take him up on his offer are people who can’t google his name. He said he “trained and showed” his horse Chevy to Grand Prix yet there are no scores anywhere, he later said he has no show record and took 11 years off of riding, and the only footage is some God-awful frantic trotting sort of in place. ??? He said he trained same horse through the High School movement but only read books and has no footage or “finished” pictures. ???He said he was writing a book with a certain publisher (publisher denies and doesn’t know who he is). ??? Says he’s writing an article for Dressage Today Aug 2014 (DT denies and doesn’t know who he is). ??? Equates sending a note to a Dutch barn about a training job, getting a blanket decline letter with “was seriously considered for the job” (barn denies knowing him much less seriously considering him for a job). ??? Appears to conflate auditing or taking clinics with “training with”. He doesn’t seem to understand that THE POINT OF THIS THREAD is that he makes claims on his website and associated pages that are patently wrong or that there is no evidence for. People don’t want lessons from him, people want evidence of his claims. He calls himself a professional and a businessman- any professional/business person ADVERTISING SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC should be able to back up/provide proof of their claims. As someone said on about page 10 of this thread, if he just directly addressed the questions asked on about page 5 rather than posting all of those round-about posts, and if he didn’t make all of those ridiculous posts on his facebook page (now deleted), we wouldn’t even be here right now on page 52 or so!

I finally caught up on this thread…I kept seeing it pop to the top of the forum and figured it was worth a look.

And all I can say is another Seinfeld-ism: “That’s GOLD, Jerry! GOLD!”

Slow down you guys. I need to go grab a beer.

Whoa … Just noticed that this got unlocked. At least now I have something to do since it’s 7 degrees outside!

That’s it in a nutshell, J-Lu. Would any reasonably intelligent person hire a builder to build their house on his assurances of excellence alone? Not me. I’d expect access to a list of building accomplishments, verification of licences and permits, and a goodly list of glowing references. And if there was one whiff of dishonesty, I’d drop him like a hot pile of steamers. Caveat Emptor.

Could be the horse paws in his stall. But the chains ought to come off when he’s outside.

I just got back from riding my high $$ mare, aww heck high $$$$ mare. Turns out all I needed to do “airs” was 35F weather:)

I would assume the reason he has not received anything in his inbox is twofold. One he has blocked everyone who might consider ever having a dialogue with him, two he is still asking for money for lodging and travel expenses. I wouldn’t give him a dime.

All I had to do was put my mare on stall rest, now her Airs are amazing, if only I could get her to do them on cue.

While I might not describe the turn this thread has taken as “bullying” it definitely makes me uncomfortable with the mob mentality.

There have been trainers known to physically harm their horses, as in drawing blood and even causing the death of a horse. This man is simply ignorant as are the riders he draws in. And fools will always be parted from their money, it’s up to each individual to research an unknown trainer.

You call yourselfs respectful and classy?
You have done nothing but abuse this poor man yet when
he posted a picture of your bad riding, you then say it is
uncalled for?

As for myself, his students, the students in Iowa and anywhere else, will
keep working and getting positive results from his teaching.

Not only do you “classy” people bash someone you
never have worked with, but he is willing to put his money
where his mouth is and give a free clinic. But you keep
doing is talking.

Talking
Talking
Talking.
The only fakes around here are all of you!

Hi Nick.

I think this got buried quick, since I mentioned it earlier…is it just me, or in the cantering video, with the volume turned up, is there a sort of jingling sound being made in rhythm with the horse’s gaits…and what looks like action chains on the front pasterns? Or is it my imagination?[/QUOTE]

I am the owner of the horse in question and I just want to let you all know that those are bell boots on his pasterns…not chains… and I think the noise you are hearing is the sand hitting the arena walls. I have never used chains and actually have never seen hem used. And I am sorry that you all have such a problem with nick he really does have some good exercises and ways to teach. I believe you can learn something from everyone IMO. Of anyone wants to chat you can email me at lfuller07@msn.com or find me on FB via my username. Thanks!

Was that intended to be written in some form of poetry?

I’m so glad you’re back!

Anyone with half a soul knows there is a difference between someone who publicly advertises themselves as something they are not and an amateur enjoying their homebred.

This is probably why he deleted it. Bashing a member of your target market is a foolish thing to do.

As a PSA to all, I would suggest we all stay off his Facebook. If he wants to be heard by us he needs to come play where he can’t delete the truth.
