Do you know if they start with a clean slate on Friday?
Two big wins in the past 60 days and a very consistent season with Karl - not a very strange choice.
There had been commentary until right after the last drag. Then it got all silent.
OMG, that was scary!
That got real scary. Iām glad the rider got up and walked out okay.
What happened? I looked away for a second becauseā¦work.
I have never said anything bad about Karl. I am not saying anything bad about him now. I am not one of those people who piles up on him online. I have never said anything EVER about him ONLINE OR ELSEWHERE. I was explaining why he seems to get a lot of negative attention. Not from me, but from OTHER PEOPLE.
How could I be more clear that I donāt think his marriage or behavior justify scorn than saying āfor reasons that seem unclear to meā people pile on him for these reasons. I donāt think he deserves ANY extra badmouthing for these reasons. But he seems to get it anyway. NOT FROM ME. But from other people, especially online. Honestly, read for comprehension Wanderlust!
Did you see the VERY NEXT PARAGRAPH after the one you quoted??
<< And for the record, I am not one of those people who thinks he married up and therefore should be brought down a peg or one of those people who resents him because he dresses kooky sometimes . I was just answering TWilsonās question of WHY some people like to tear him down online and why he seems to get more of that than other people. Iām NOT one of those people but he definitely gets more negative online attention due to his former marriage and the way he acts/dresses/posts being non-traditional for many equine pros.>>
There are several individual riders, PAR, BOL, DOM.
So why does Rodriquez Silva ride as a member of the Independent Athletes Team (and what is that??) rather than an individual representing his nation?
The Paraguayanās horse stopped at 2, then sort of fell as poles went everywhere. Almost stepped on the rider getting up. VERY nasty fall! Both are up and seem fine.
English commentator is back!
Grey horse from Paraguay stopped hard at the second jump and then sort of sat down and scrambled backwards while the jump fell down everywhere. He nearly went down backwards on top of the rider but managed to get up next to him instead of stepping on his leg. It could have been very, ugly but they gut lucky.
Tough luck for Ecuador with 3/4 riders eliminated
I looked up and saw the grey with no rider, and then the rider up and walking. Glad everyone seems okay. How scary.
Love a horse named Mr. Darcy!
Wow, and I was about to apologize for reading the āaverage dudeā line like it was your opinion rather than that of others, because I posted before reading your follow up.
I was clearly not the only one who read your initial post as such, so Iām pretty sure my comprehension is just fine.
Actually you seem to be the only one who reads me as bashing Karl simply for pointing out that OTHER PEOPLE bash him for really unfair reasons. Itās fine. I donāt really care. But before you jump on someone maybe slow down and read the whole post rather than taking a single part out of context.
He missed, what, five or six horses? That was odd.
That second fence has been eating a lot of horses alive today!
Finally got CMH to work so I can watch - tough course. This rider is having a nightmare round.
It really has, itās big but I wonder if itās weird visually that we canāt tell from the screen?
