A little girl named Molly who rides with Brian Obie (sp) in N. California bought Budweiser from Kate Wilson. A bunch of the little East Coast kiddies like Dot Grubb rode him for a while before the sale went through.

Paula Lillard (she owns Hollywood)'s granddaughter was leasing Snuggle Up last I heard. Kim Ryan who rides (or least I knew did) with Susan Baginski had him.

Some girl in CA bought Sligo Frank a while back–4 or 5 years maybe? I think he still might be out there.

BTW, are you Whitney Owens?

Yes, and his owner at the time still has not been named. She wrote a letter to the Chronicle about the incident, suggesting that all ponies’ cards be grandfathered.

Was there a Ziff pony that was cut at Harrisburg one year? I mean, literally, cut up one side by someone trying to hurt it.

I know that’s totally bizarre, and I was very young, but I thought I heard that rumor flying around the show. It could be a fabrication, and, if so, apologies. We’re talking way back – early- to mid-'80s.
