she has a lot of content, as in videos and daily posts and “clinic videos”. Her audience is your run of the mill dressage people. Nothing to make me “wonder”. Comments are exactly what you would see on the same picture on this forum.

I don’t think it’s dressage people who hate rollkur. I think it’s “dressage people” who hate “competitive dressage”.

Knowledgeable horse people do not believe that riders are rubbing marshmallow fluff on their horses’ mouths to cover blue tongues, but people who learn all their “dressage” from the self-proclaimed classical internet trainers and books they don’t understand because they have zero practical experience might believe this.

I am familiar with her page, well, before this year. It used to be at least similar to here. Some ride, some talk like they ride

I think this goes beyond the internet for her, don’t forget she is/was at larger shows in canada and wellington.

I don’t think it’s the PETA audience, I think it’s dressage people who hate RK, we would all say the same thing WITH OUT KNOWING
A. context of the photo and
B. Vendetta of SW to drive to a certain goal and
C. editing of comments as she choses.

She already got traction as far as she harasses real people. this is why it’s scary to me. she isn’t just a troll, she does know how to steal/keep content, and edit things.

She went to watch / film larger shows (until she got banned) but doesn’t seem to have ridden in many, if any of them. The fact that she is a bully to people IRL and uses her sites as a way to get back at people who she feels have wronged her in some way is truly scary. It goes way beyond the dressage world

I find it REALLY annoying when someone posts a screenshot of a less-than-ideal moment and then incites everyone to jump on the “ZOMGZ ABUSE!!! THE RIDER SHOULD BE DRAGGED OFF THE HORSE AND TORTURED TO DEATH!!!” bandwagon. Especially in cases like the Ashley Holzer picture, where the image in question was clearly a still from a video, and yet no video clip is provided to give any context (which would most likely reveal it to be nothing more nefarious than a poorly balanced transition).

What I find absolutely hilarious is that I remember SW posting a video I think earlier this year about how you shouldn’t judge a ride by one photo taken out of context, in which she showed a picture of a horse that was curled behind the vertical, but the video showed the horse stretching beautifully in warm up. And here she is taking a moment out of time and criticizing it. If that’s not being a hypocrite, I don’t know what is.

I meant she has no biomechanical content. She posts fawning fan pics of riders that could be open to a biomechanical critique and then she posts out takes of bad behavior as shock omg bad riding. In a number of cases including her former coach SJ she went from one extreme to the other with the same person. SW has no eye or education for doing a real critique of how a horse moves. She’s just taking cheap shots.

She is the equivalent of the kind of supermarket celebrity magazine that one week declares Angelina Jolie the most beautiful woman in the world, and next week posts a paparazzi candid shot of her in no makeup with big headlines about how ugly she is.

Except SW is doing this on personal grudges and even for blackmail.

That’s what I mean about no content. I mean no consistency and no education and no eye. And not credible or trustworthy.

Yeah, she does scare me as well. I posed the same Q back a ways, she has no US dressage scores of any kind, but did a 4th level test (or something?) in Canada. Ankywannabe, to be sure, Want to be. Not IS

Somebody with the same name competed in the 1999 NAYRC and finished 36th out of 36. I guess showing YR 18 years ago would technically make someone an “FEI rider.”

Apparently I’m not the only one that hates the chronicle for being a fake news lying piece of garbage publication, that allows cyberbullying and slanderous comments.
It’s great to hear that a credible site like Dressage Hub that, has thousands upon thousands of followers, also feels the chronicle has zero credibility and accountability!!

WARNING RANT:
While I think it is great that Chronicle is calling out abuse it seems that it is a merely a measure of convenience… Aka click bait.

1. When I posted about Susan Jaccoma with a blue tongue at a show, chronicle allowed for 20 pages on their forums calling me a sociopath. Molly, on the other hand has been deemed a hero!
2. The bottom of this article is tagged with, if you see something say something, from the same show group that banned Dressage Hub from the grounds for filming the warm up. I guess if you cant see it…
3. This happened at a horse show not run by the Belissimo group, I suspect that if it happened at one of those this would not be media worth and swept under the rug.
4. This furthers my point about the blood rule, when you have low paid TD’s having to make a judgement call on a rich trust fund rider, they will always make the call in favor of what keeps them employed.
   I would love it if Chronicle was actually a place where they aim to make the sport better and end abuse and bullying but clearly their motives are not aligned with their behavior.
   End Rant.

yeah, it’s nothing really new. It’s too bad though, although COTH has nothing to worry about it’s unfortunate that they are getting dragged into rumors.
