I happened on his page one night and he was ranting live about someone who was dissing him. He actually filmed himself calling the said person at 11:00 p.m. at night. He was in raving lunatic mode screaming and yelling at the woman. I couldn’t believe what I just saw! Of course the next day he deleted the video call on his FB. Although, I have the written rant which he deleted BUT Google cache pages allowed me to see it.

I hope that person filed a report with the police??? We will probably not know, but man that is terrible!
That is total harassment. Nick and Susan are really crossing the line when they are calling people’s bosses trying to get them fired!!! and screaming at them!!!
THIS is what I will bring up to those that think these two live (only) in internet land. I wish.

I’m not surprised in the least! I’m so glad to hear she reported him…
He threatened her with a law suit and I wouldn’t put it past him. He said some things that really didn’t make sense like he got a subpeona to find her via her IP address. Said she posted lies on COTH of him under an alias. Said he was going to put a lein on her…which I doubt he could which makes zero sense. He was just raving and yelling. A few times he made a direct look at his camera and I will never forget that look…he looked beyond angry…

If [edit] cross the line to harassment slander libel IRL then they need either a visit from the police, or a letter from a lawyer threatening legal action.

RIght, this is why I said I was creeped out and scared by him, people didn’t get it here, oh, it’s just harmless… This is why. (Not that I have anything to do with this case, but it doesn’t surprise me in the least!)

yes, it does sound like it happened in this case.
While there is some legal fog around “free speech” versus harassment when conflicts are completely contained on the internet, once the [edit] starts acting IRL there are very clear laws in place if you start making abusive threatening phone calls, or spreading libel by writing to other people directly.

The person NP called was me. I am currently working with the police regarding the situation and am pursuing charges. I am beyond angry that the situation happened at all much less him go about posting on my local GMO’s site. Just FYI I have no alters here or anywhere else and I’d be happy to prove it if the ADMINS are able.

OMG I just couldn’t believe he did that! I happened to be online late and saw his post with a link to his FB video post as it happened where he calls you live and filmed himself ranting to you at 11:00 p.m. at night! He was one scary looking dude.
I wish I had copied the FB video but the next day as always he take his rants down. I did get a copy of his post on his blog of him disparaging you with the threats. I still can’t believe he’d do something like that but at the same time not surprised. Hope you are okay after that episode.

…and this is why when this Peronace person re-appears trying to “teach” and “give clinics” members here take notice. There have been too many people who have had to deal with the crazy end of this [edit]. It’s not a new phenomenon.

WTF? NP called someone live on FB to publicly harass them? SW is looking up everyone who works at the same place as someone who disagreed with her online and emailing them nasty letters about her, and that wacko Austraian lady is publicly abusing a kid who left one of her lessons…is there a full moon out there?
THIS is why these [edit] must be discussed here on COTH and everywhere possible. Those who keep claiming we are the bullies or we’re picking on them just because they happen to be bad riders or whatever don’t get it. Their [edit] behaviour crosses the line into real life, with real threats and real potential consequences. They are not harmless keyboard warriors with delusions of grandeur. [edit].

Does it make you feel better that, from what I have read, this person (who was called by NP) has no idea why they were picked and they have not posted in any of the recent NP threads?
Saying he did not pick you is like saying he did not pick any number of people. There are lots of people on this forum. Not picking you is no more special than him not picking anyone else.
Maybe this person who you have put quite a bit of energy into defending just might be the one in the wrong.
